Although there were just a few people in the waiting room, the wait was a bit longer than expected but still reasonable. Rene was an excellent medical assistant and I wish all healthcare professionals that I meet were like that. He was very kind and did everything to make sure you felt comfortable. NP Kamrin was a bit rude and insensitive to my pain and wasn't helpful overall. I felt like she was on a power trip writing prescriptions for everything on the planet. He grabbed the patient's arm where the pain was, and pressed on it hard, the patient repeatedly said "you are hurting me", and he conducted a range of motion while continuing to press hard on the patient's arm. Dr. Sandhu continued to insist there is no pain here. We are completely infuriated and disgusted with the lack of professionalism this Doctor showed. We went to another doctor, and the experience was quite the contrary, they ran X-Rays and EKG, and ruled out any possible issues, accommodated the patient and made the proper diagnosis, patient is better now. Would never again visit this Doctor nor Brandon Riverview Medical Association, ever again, and would not wish this experience for anyone else.

I have made many calls to have them refund the money to my credit card and have yet to receive it. The facility gives me the number to their billing department and the billing department says they are waiting on the facility to acknowledge that I am due a refund. Took over an hour to be seen even though we were 3rd in line. On a Sunday. Mid day. Of course, the doctor was unrushed with us, so he may have been that way with the other folks in front of us. Apparently, there was only one doctor on duty - A good one though. The bottom line: Once we got past the surly receptionist and the long wait, the treatment was pretty good. If you're willing to hang in there and be patient, you will be happy.
