Almost like they used the same rags as they used to clean my wheels , to clean my car as well. And mind you, two workers were cleaning my car. How do you miss this? I can only assume the $60 I get charged for is only for the leather interior protector service/products. This place is a hit or miss depending on the day, you never know. I suggest if you find a worker that cleaned your vehicle really good, you should stick with them for the next time you come (to avoid something like this). This was definitely NOT worth what I paid for.

For reference I bought their top of the line wash, $16 ultimate and would rather go to a self carwash where I do it yourself. At least you'll get all the soap and not just blow air to smear the soap all over. The drying section also smears this weird waxy residue all over. They need to change the brushes and drying drum. Originally contracted the clay bar + wash ($80) for my F150 and Nick was able to accommodate a (1)…read moreday notice and showed up the next day. During the service I added a maintenance wash ($45) for my mother's car while she visited my home. At first glance the wash looked good but after Nick had left and I started driving around to complete my Saturday errands, I started to notice details that could have been improved. This included visible streak marks on my side mirrors and rear window, leftover debris on the driver side rear panel, water residue on certain parts of my center console trim, and small water spots on the rear passenger windows. Overall 3/5 for my F150. HOWEVER, when expecting my mother's car after Nick had left, I saw what seemed to be a completely unwashed rear passenger body panel with visible debris, hastily wiped down interior, many streak marks throughout her vehicle, and a NEW scratch on her hood (picture attached). Overall 1/5 for her Kia K5. I respect the hustle and that Nick came on less than 24 hours notice and was able to accommodate a 2nd vehicle but I'd like to see improvements for future services for anybody wishing to contract this company. For a $125 service + tip I paid $180 as I initially thought our vehicles looked great but after closer inspections I'm very unsatisfied. Would not book again and will continue to look for better vendors.
