this used to be my go to car wash until recently when my car sustained damages here and the owner, Armand, and manager, Diego, REFUSED to take responsibility. The car had absolutely NO damage to it prior to entering the car wash. However, when coming out of the car wash, a piece of my car was completely lifted off of the car and bent upwards. After numerous attempts to resolve this matter through communication with the owner (texts, calls) and visits back to the car wash to come to an agreement, he persisted in saying to say my car was "already lifted" in that area and denied ANY responsibility. The owner was also very rude and insinuated we were being dishonest. It is EXTREMELY disappointing that people are dishonest and lack accountability. Where I park I get sticky stuff on my car and have to wash it weekly. I stopped by this spot on the way home from the gym and it didn't wash the right side of my car. I asked the guy if they would let me run thru the cycle again he said they don't do that and refused to give me a refund. This place sucks! Even the gas station car wash does a better job. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a car wash. I've been a loyal customer for over a year, and I've never had a single issue. However, when I took my car in for a wash, I noticed that the washing machine had completely pulled my mirror out. I asked to speak to a manager to get my mirror back, but Diego, the attendant, came out rudely taking pictures and saying that there was nothing they could do about it. I was then informed that the manager was Armand and I was told by Diego to search online to get the direct number. For the price that they charge would expect better. I payed for the ultimate which is the "best" one they have. The part of the wash that is supposed to dry the car stops working half way and goes up. And the tire shine and protectant was only applied on a quarter of the tire. Was waiting in line for 15 minutes before I moved because a part was being changed only for multiple cars pushed forward before you because of such disorder. Is there a way to rate this place with a negative value? I JUST HAD THE WORSE EXPERIENCE!! I had to drive in reverse to get out of there since they said they only take cash. They were really aggressive and offensive. They said I should be carrying cash instead of them putting up a sign that specifies they only take cash. They forced me to back up while the whole line behind me was stagnant. If you are the manager and are reading this I expect a response. This location has bad service. They only have 1 person working in the mornings, which means that if anyone outside drying and vacuuming their cat needs help, there is no one to assist. I walked around for 10 minutes, and there was no one to assist. I called the number listed, and the cell phone is off and it goes to voicemail. This place is down right shady. Used the facility, and there was an issue with the car in front not being in the track correctly, which caused the wash to temporarily shutdown. Long story short, a roller dropped and damaged the hood. The manager was of no help and suggested looking at the business sign to get a phone number to speak with the business owner to file a claim. Outside of viewing the video to confirm what happened with the car wash and damage, the manager did not want to involve themselves with the situation. So unprofessional. The resolution for this entire situation was unbelievable. I would not recommend this place if you expect adequate customer service. The business owner did assist in fixing the car damage, but that experience was another ordeal. read more

This is one of the only car washes I like. It's quick and the customers service is great. The only downside is that it's location isn't the best and it can get crowded (but it goes by fast bc of the way it's organized), the vacuum stations also get very crowded & sometimes it can be hard to find one. read more

You get what you pay for. It's a $5 wash, and basically it's the fancy machine version of grabbing your hose and handing it to a five year old kid to rinse the dirt off your car. I drive a white hatchback so I should've known it wasn't going to get EVERYTHING off, but there's a lot of dirt left on it. I know things happened but I didn't like the experience I got after I was trying to get answers, that was the most annoying part! The manager was overwhelmed and didn't know how to managed the situation. I got my money back but they didn't even try to wash off the oil form my car. That would off been a good idea. All the workers were walking around but not helping the costumers. Having a new car I don't think I will be returning. I quickly went to the hand car wash on Firestone and spoke to the manager for help. Since I didn't want my car standing in the hot sun covered in oil. He agreed and took my car in.
