Update: Despite multiple calls and emails to cancel, I got no response and continued to be charged. I had to go in person to resolve the issue, but the manager refused to speak with me or issue a refund. This company offers unreliable service and ignores customer concerns. I do not recommend signing up for their membership. This car wash is a mess. I got stuck at the entrance gate for 10 minutes, then watched the car in front of me go through. After that, an employee put the gate back down and spent another 7 minutes trying to fix it. When I was finally let in, the system couldn't read my license plate, even though I'm a monthly member. The staff knew this, but still refused to let me wash my car. After a short argument, the employee told someone to take a photo of my plates to cancel my membership -- just because I expected the service I paid for. As of late, my car was often left with tire shine residue left all over sides of my car. When I mentioned it, they actually blamed the design of my car. Terrible service, broken equipment, and no accountability. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

The car wash here doesn't fully dry your car, leaves water all over the car, wet marks everywhere plus the tire shine part leaves residue all over your tires when you leave another thing the air dryer almost never works and the last final roller to dry the vehicle never works either, I'm definitely not getting the membership because a lot of people are saying it's a scam and they don't let you cancel it or get refunds. I get it's a cheap car wash. I'm not complaining. I'm just letting you know the pros and cons. It's your choice to go here. I go here cause it's seven dollars but still should dry the car and not leave tire shine residue all over your tires. Had a horrible experience at this location. The machines broke down half way the wash when it was about to pour the soap, got stuck in the inside over 30min, the lady manager on site tried to reset the machines and never turned back on. The car had to be force out along with the car behind. My son and I got traumatized over stuck inside..!!! Very scary!!! As a Tesla owner, I'm very cautious of putting my car through machines. This place had always been my favorite. Great service and cleans my car very well! Sadly there was an incident where the tire cleaning machine had oil rotating in its sponges and dirtied all my rims. I had only payed the $10 service and that wasn't included so I'm not sure what happened. Point is one of the staff ladies claimed my tires already came like that when in fact they didn't (also claimed it was powder). Plus my car doesn't carry oil lol. They took too long to come with a solution and didn't even offer a refund or anything. Very disappointed as this was my go to spot. :( I did appreciate the tall man who tried to find a cleaning solution for a while. This place is a joke!! Went there for an inexpensive car wash and it cost me the wipers on my car....damn machine just ripped them off. I tried to be understanding and asked for my wipers so I can try to fix them, they found one of the two, there was a young man there who said he would call me when he found it and I've yet to hear back from them....go here at your own risk and know that what can be an inexpensive car wash may end up casting you way more!!! Went in and paid for the highest service, my car came out with the soap. I tried cleaning it off and it just went all over the hood... and with the heat, it dried so fast I couldn't remove it. When they recently renovated this car wash it was amazing! I purchased the monthly wash and was pleased. However, over the past few months something always went wrong..... One time the automatic gate arm didn't go up and they had a line of cars waiting. Since, the entrance is so small and you can't back up; everyone was stuck there until they fix the issue. Terrible ending! My Experience was going great with a friendly introduction, helping me pay, descriptions of services. I got the $18 dollar wash. During the wash my vehicle got stuck halfway the wash and wasn't able to receive the service. So they told me to exit. I then asked if I can go around and get my full service, I was denied for my $18 dollar purchase. They said the best they can do was a $6 dollar service. For 15 dollars you get a wet car they claim that for the rollers that dry your car to come on you need to get the $18 car wash for that price you get full service at a car wash when I asked why the rollers didn't turn on they said I would get better deal if I paid 30 for the month they basically try to sell you a monthly subscription they don't even have the hose you blow your car with to dry it not worth it read more

Worst experience ever! I went to this location because it was fairly new and the employees don't pay attention and are rude. Also, the owner was not helpful at all. I went and paid for my car wash and at the end there was soap residue all over my car at the end of the car wash because the water did not rinse it off. I asked if I was able to re-do it again or at least for them to rinse it off with water and they denied that and said I would have to pay again for a new car wash. The employees there are super rude and unprofessional. They are always on their phones and rude when they speak to customers. I filed a complaint through their website and I hope employee Arell receives correc disciplinary action or is removed from her employment for being abusive and hostile toward customer. I got my car washed today and was in and out in a few minutes. There's multiple options depending on the kind of wash you want/need, including tire shine/protection. Multiple pricing options (all super affordable) including a monthly unlimited plan. They even have vacuums available at the end if you've got some extra time to clean inside your car after the wash. The vacuum hoses are brand new, clean, and powerful and I was able to get the inside super clean as well. I'll definitely be back and even considering getting on the monthly plan! read more
