We were just seated and they did not tell us there's hardly any food left on the trays. I asked our server until what time they refill their trays and he said should be up to 2pm but there were so many people and short kitchen staff. I told him that its disappointing should let us know just to order from the menu. We paid full price for the buffet ( almost $72 for 2 adults and 1 kid) and I saw 2 people coming in close to 2PM and same they just show them to their table and did not inform them no food left. Food taste is not great bland . We will not return there and will not recommend the place. Go somewhere else there are other Filipino restaurants that are better.

They'll bring the food to your table when it's ready. Prices are decent and my lunch satiated me for several hours and was under $10. When Awake first opened I thought that a pharmacy and cafe was a weird combination, but they were ahead of their time. Today, a Tuesday, it's quite busy and we got one of the last tables. I could tell that others were here for the same combination as us. Awake has a small menu with just their bubble waffles and pasties but otherwise it's a fine place to stop for a break or to pick up a prescription.
