I could have made it a meal with a drink and fries for $5 but didn't have the space in my stomach for it so I just got the ice cold soda for $2. The order came out hot and fresh in about 10 minutes. The sliders were the expected size. The breads were lightly toasted just the way I like them. The pork meat was tender with no chewy fat parts. The K.C. was perfect with crispy onions and Blackberry BBQ sauce. I didn't taste any seeds either! However, I would have liked more coleslaw and sauce on the N. Carolina. I applaud Rollin Roadhouse for providing the good condiments: Hunts Ketchup and French's Mustard. Most food trucks provide the generic products.

Excellent quality tri tip, cheese, a really great BBQ sauce, on a fresh tasting roll. The "Big Boy" (vs their sliders) sandwich size was adequate for lunch. The flavor was truly satisfying though. Coworkers raved about their fries. It's always a bummer when fries aren't worth all the calories. I didn't try them, but they looked thick cut seasoned and crispy. Side orders of fries where huge. Value-wise the salads with nice looking produce (add meat for $2) look like best deal at $10. My coworker was quite pleased. Come back to Gateway Oaks, RR!

We ordered the Cowboy burger, Swiss mushroom burger and the loaded tri tip nachos. Food was ready in about 15 minutes and considering they were a tad busy, that wasn't too bad of a wait time. I was amazed with the size of the regular loaded nachos, it was huge! Both burgers were of decent size as well. The patties were seasoned well and super juicy. But the star of the food was by far those tri tip nachos. Big chunks of tender tri tip, sweet and tangy bbq sauce and loaded with jalapeños. Overall, I'd say Sac food influencers got this one right, it was worth the hype. Give Richeese a follow on IG to see where to locate their truck and give them a try!

It is not the standard boring white. The design let's you know what they serve, but still comes through as artistic and not cartoony. The person taking the order was polite and professional especially since he was in a cramped food truck in 97 degree weather! He had the same chill and personable interaction with everyone. I ordered the regular burger without cheese. The burger looked amazing when it came out. It was cooked perfectly and the veggies stacked nicely. However, something happened in the quantum realm and my burger started falling apart after the first bite. The flavor was great, but it was too hard to eat.
