In addition to a quote that was so reasonable it was almost unbelievable, the fact that my two beloved horses arrived calm, happy, and eating hay in a trailer with a clean interior made me the happiest woman in the world! I received text and photo updates during the day of transport, and the estimated time of arrival that I was provided once they were on the road was spot-on. Alan's pick up and trailer were new and in excellent condition, and are definitely of the quality you would hope for if your horses are moving a long distance. Upon drop off, Alan and Dave shared a couple of personalized observations about the girls from the journey, and with learning that they stopped about every hour to check on them, I truly felt like my horses were cared for as actual individuals - not just animals to be moved. Boxer's regrettably are short lived, Skeeter made it to 8 just as his predecessor, Rocky. Gus, is boxer #3 and he too started here as a pup and calls this his second home! We don't travel like we used to, but the kennel's owner's and staff treat the animals like their own. I have never had to encourage anyone of our dog's into the reception area...and even though it hurts my feelings, they nearly charge into their kennel area pulling a staff member along at the end of their lead. No sentiment for us from the dogs. They pay strict attention to dietary concerns, vaccinations and will administer medications if needed. Grooming is available and done with the same care as kenneling. There's a reason this establishment is repeatedly voted Kitsap County's Best. THEY ARE!

Well, I do because it happened TODAY!!! Mom called it Day Care but I stayed there without Her, I made lots of new friends, I learned "stuff" , took a mid-day nap and most important... I had fun. Wow, oh wow, oh wow did I have fun. Oh and then... get ready for this... I rode the shuttle bus home . That certainly sounds like school to me. Ohhhhhh, in addition, I got my picture taken and at the end of the day, I got a report card. Just amazingly wonderful!

Who the hell is pepper?. She said they were full and this couldn't happen til Thursday. Offered no suggestions nothing. What is this die day there today? Omg we have been clients for 6 yrs there and had our other baby put to sleep last year there. Her attitude on the phone was UNACCEPTABLE in every way. DR Dan Brown was our favorite and not even sure he knows how ppl are being treated on the phone for such a sad and sensitive situation, but we will never use them again, SHAME ON YOU , you have failed us and our dying dog big time. I wish we would of gotten her name. Horrible way to treat us as we are already very sad to have to do this to our sweet little dog. JUST got her name. AMANDA, Shame on you . Heartless. Ok well thank you Megan the Vet manager there for calling us and taking our concern to heart and rectifying our pain. She has spoken with mentioned employee and this should never happen again.
