Poor painting on accent walls, crooked picture, uncentered pictures, empty walls. They will only stand behind their work if you pay more. We had to hire out to have the job done correctly. When they picked up their furniture, they left chipped paint all over my floor and left all of their nails (what staging company uses actual nails in the walls?!) and holes in my walls. Instead of moving my things in, I'm having to spend time cleaning up their messes. My real estate agent, the sellers agent and I have attempted to reach them multiple times and through different means, and they have completely ignored us- literally no response at all. Please do not use this company unless you want bug infestations and piss poor customer service.

After the furniture was removed I had holes all over my walls for the art work .....on two walls they had three holes on a matching piece of art they tried to make level. Has anyone heard of using a level or laser to line up the nails to hang the art. This art was Wayfair type art....which means cheap and light weight ....they didn't need to pound in nails.....most stores have the adhesive hangars that can be removed to not damage the walls. All of the employees were nice including the owner but I am out $450.00 to hire a company to patch holes and corners and paint. To expensive for what you receive.

Having sold several vacant properties in the past, we believe that staging a vacant home can…read moreenhance its appearance to prospective home-buyers. This was our first experience with On Stage. Their furniture and furnishings, though not high-end, were adequate and the few rooms which they did furnish, worked well. But our issue is this: They knew our budget and they promised to work within that budget. What they essentially did was a bait and switch on the price and the number of rooms we agreed that they would furnish. The wanted more money at the last minute. This underhanded tactic was employed by the company two days before the house was to be listed and available for showings. And, only three days before its Open House; Something On Stage was acutely aware of. Further, the company's rep misrepresented the daily rate should the furnishings be in the house over the term of the 30-day contract. The amended deal was now $6 more for each day! Our realtor, who was equally displeased, said that because of the late date, it would be impractical to try and get another staging company to come out the house with a new offer. As a consequence, we felt that On Stage coerced us into signing an agreement which they knew was not what we initially consented to nor what we mutually agreed upon. There are other staging companies out there which I have to believe are more ethical when dealing with their clients than is On Stage

During the day of staging, both of them were here for the whole day (I staged 70% of my house) to ensure that every room is styled nicely. Oh, all the lighting was set on timers to turn on and off at a certain time. I'd definitely use them again. If you are looking for a staging company, you should check them out. They were a new business I believe in the past couple years and have really grown due to great service. I have seen their inventory almost triple as they are very diligent in planning every home uniquely to give it the best potential to be sold. Unlike some stagers who just put the same furniture together every time to make it easier. Dawn and Diane go out of their way. After they set up the home fully I always feel like I'm in a magazine because it all looks so perfect. Keep it up ladies! When time was of the essence because of the contractor's schedule, we ended up going to a remnant dealer and making a selection from what was on hand. They even knew my pets names the first day. We hired Matt to paint the entire inside and outside of our house, the outside of our shed and shop, and pressure wash our driveway and patio. Matt bid the high-end Benjamin Moore outdoor paint by default, which was competitively priced with the lower end paint bids by others. The other unique item was Matt's work came with a 5-year workmanship warranty. If I had questions or thought something needed to be touched-up, Matt answered questions or touched up work no questions asked. He wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was when added to the scope of work. I sent photos, he gave a bid, and we agreed to the price. When he came to the house, Matt said he could do the work less and reduced his bid even though we already agreed to the higher amount. Matt's team are good painters and it's clear he takes pride in the quality of his work. I strongly recommend him and would hire him again. The only heads-up I would give (not a negative, just a heads up) is if you want any texturing work done, make sure to communicate your expectations with Matt. Matt was clear with us regarding his team's texturing limitations, which I appreciated.
