Scott and his team are great. I saw the great reviews and decided it was worth it to drive an hour away to have them install my cat back exhaust on my 2024 Nissan Frontier. They did not disappoint. I showed up and they were really nice and let me sit in the garage to watch them work on the truck which was cool. I felt like a part of the team! The pricing was affordable and they do such high quality work. Fast forward to 4 months later after I had my 2.5" lift installed, the exhaust needed to be adjusted as it was making contact with my rear shackles, creating a rattle noise. I showed up same day and Scott made the adjustment free of charge. These guys are professional and love what they do. They also are honest and have great customer service. These guys are TOP SHELF...I went in there to get an aftermarket exhaust welded together with dropoff. They were like no need to leave, we've got it...while I was seeing my car pulled into a bay! It was that quick, and four dudes stopped what they were doing to check it out. They were like we'll be done in a sec...I saw some old school cars being worked on and asked could I see them. A Tech showed me and they came over to say they were done and to take my time. Owner only charged me $60, I'm like wow! U sure? He's like for sure...just the best value and service ever! These folks did a dual exhaust install on my '66 Mustang coupe as a sub to my auto restoration/repair shop (Pro Speed Auto). My 2014 Ford Explorer failed state inspection for leaking exhaust and upon further inspection, it seemed that the weldings on my mufflers were starting to deteriorate. I was originally quoted for $1,200 for repairs. I dropped off my car here and they gave me an estimate within 20 minutes and quoted me for $500. They fixed my car within an hour and a half. I passed my state inspection. They were fast, reasonable, and nice people. They do charge you for a credit card convenience fee but I had a bank nearby from which I was able to withdraw cash and avoid that fee. read more

I have taken my truck to this shop on several different occasions and have had bad experience each time. The work appears to be professional but that where it ends. Made appointment which stupid me figured that the day work would start. I guess the shop got tired of me nagging because I was told to take it someplace else. My truck was parked there for 5 months and in the shop 3 days. Even the headers I had installed needed to go back 4 times for leaks. Be very careful, also cash business. So no recourse. read more

While checking Yelp ratings/reviews for exhaust work, I noticed that a friend of mine gave Hi-Flo 5 stars for custom work on his car. So, I called and Scott [owner] was friendly and direct when I mentioned that my aftermarket performance exhaust has issues fitting/hanging correctly. (Even with a "fitment guarantee"!) He said that I could come right away and get in. I did go right away and had my car in the air within minutes. Scott and his crew are consummate professionals. So knowledgeable and friendly. They listened to me and I felt very appreciated and comfortable. The work was done incredibly fast and 100% to my satisfaction. Price? Wow, very affordable. I even told Scott that I would pay more and he declined that! I gave my car a quick test drive and still had a totally unrelated noise/rattle that the team there helped me troubleshoot. I brought my 2003 Chevy 1500 in because the person before me took the cats off and had a Dumped exhaust on the passenger tire. It was very clapped out and too loud. Scott and crew are very friendly and did more then expected, put two new o2 sensors and hooked up a muffler piped to the back for the work truck it's very quiet and I can now hear my thoughts. After a while I have decided to quiet down my car that wielded dual Roush catback exhausts. It was too loud at low rpm and had too much drone which also gave me headache while driving. I came back here a 2nd time and reinstalled mufflers on my exhausts and it made my driving experience WAY more smoother and comfortable. I came in over a year ago with an x-pipe, mufflers, and tips for my 2005 CTS V to have a full exhaust welded up and they did a terrible job. The welds are horrible and they did not finish welding all the way around the tubing leaving me with multiple leaks which were very noticeable and the car smelled in the cabin. It seemed like they also were trying to hide the work they did as they had already pulled the car off the lift when I came to pick it up and were trying to rush me out. First time personally using this shop but was recommended to me from family members. This place is a straight to the point shop. The guys here are great and do solid work and won't BS you about what is needed and offers very fair pricing. I had an appointment at 10am and by 10:10 my car was on the lift and already getting started on and my car was completed by 10:45. The work being completed was an axle back exhaust installation with having a new pipe cut and welded in. I was referred to Hi-Flo a few years ago when one of our vehicles failed an emissions inspection. Hi-Flo examined the vehicle the same day and quickly fixed a minor issue for a reasonable price. The vehicle then passed inspection. I've been a loyal customer of theirs ever since and always had quick service and fair pricing. Today, my wife took our van in because of a persistent rattle near the muffler. By looking under the car, I deduced that the heat shield was loose and rattling against the muffler. That was indeed the problem. The Hi-Flo mechanic said it took him 10 seconds to fix it once the van was on the rack, and he did it for no charge. Through no fault of theirs, I picked put exhaust tips that were a bit long for my car. Brought it back few days later to get them removed to install a different set. I had budgeted about $150 to get those swapped out. To my surprise, once the work was done, Scott the owner just handed me my keys and said see you later. I said you are not charging me, he simply said it pays to be nice. So he basically rewarded my respectful and cordial interaction with him and his staff. If you're looking for the worst case scenario, unapologetic condescending no mask wearing "know it all" shop, look no further! Perhaps you're looking to get cussed out or get your cars heat shielding and bumper destroyed while they hacksaw your old muffler off ? Come here ! I had my car worked on (resonator delete and some new tips) and in barely over a year they slowly started sagging at the weld points and dropped down until they scraped the road and fell off. I came to them tips in hand and asked if they had some sort of warranty or if they could help me out by cutting me a deal on welding them back on. After all I was a return customer, and I had spent $50 two different times in two different cars switching the muffler back to stock, so I was assuming this would be a $20/$50 fix. They put my car up on the lift and start hacking away , stopping literally halfway through to confirm that this was going to cost me $150. After trying to explain myself and the whole situation, I told them that I thought this was a warranty / poor craftsmanship issue.. and that Hi-Flo should consumerise the difference. They didn't know what that word meant, to which the owner came out litterally yelling and cursing at me, accusing me of trying to cheat him, his "men" and his business. I tried to de escalate the situation by trying to explain myself and the situation, but was only yelled at and cussed at more for not calling him "Sir", and calling him dude instead. They lowered my car, and revved it out of their shop, telling me to get the f out. They messed up my vehicles heat shielding, and cut into my bumper. Put your exhaust on with chewing gum if you have too.. but do whatever you can to stay away from these genuine jerks. read more

As work on my vehicle goes, I like to wait a few weeks for writing a review to make sure that everything is solid and keeps working as expected. I am happy to say that for the last two weeks, my custom Magna Flo exhaust is exceeding expectations. The welds look great, there are no leaks, no rattle and the sound is superb. I believe in the motto " you get what you pay for" and the price was not cheap, but I am fine with that when it comes to getting quality work and parts done. For a chrome dual catback system with a Magna-Flow exhaust ran 650. Something I'm willing to put down for the quality work I've received. I called to see if they would be able to take me and Scott told me to bring my vehicle in. I have a 2007 Malibu and wasn't sure they would have the part. When I got there my vehicle was taken right away. Scott showed me that the resonator needed replacing and he would be able to replace it right away! He said other shops may have wanted to replace all the exhaust from front to back for a lot more money but it wasn't needed. I was thrilled to save some money on the repair. Was getting ready for a state inspection and I knew that my cracked flex pipe was going to fail. A previous mechanic wanted to replace the entire exhaust for $750. Keep in mind that I drive a 15 year old car with around 130K miles on it. It's worth $1500 at best. Another mechanic offered to replace the flex pipe for $250. When I found Hi-Flo on Yelp and gave them a call, Scott quoted me $100. Pretty sweet! PS. They aren't the most "professional." You'll hear cursing and what not, but for real...at 40% of other mechanics' quotes, who gives a #*%)! read more
