Geremy was right on time, I think even a few minutes early. Super nice and professional. It was a flatbed tow truck and we were able to drive it right onto the bed. We were able to pay via tap / card and he put in all the necessary information so we could send the receipt to our insurance and get reimbursed. He took it to the car repair center, and gave us updates once the car was dropped off. Once it was on the truck, we didn't have to deal with it at all.

I had to leave it parked over night and decided I would have it towed back to our residence since our mechanic is closed til Tuesday. Denton called me as he located my vehicle (not by an address but only by landmark). I was home and ready to go down to meet him but he suggested since the vehicle is being towed back to our residence, he'll just tow it and meet me at home. Perfect. He came so quickly (roughly 10 minutes), unloaded the vehicle and wished us a nice day. Of course he's a local dude and we take care of our local people so he got a bottle of cold water and a treat from our bakery (special cinnamon treat made only during the holidays- our Mauna Kea bread). I needed service outside of the 9-5 window when mechanics are usually open. Anykine Assistance was responsive, professional, and very reasonable. Called Anykine Assistance around 6 pm and they replied and arrived within an hour. The car worked after jumpstarting and he assured me the battery wasn't drained and wouldn't need replacing after it had been om I had already paid when Kaleo noticed my front bumper; it looked as if someone punched it, forcing the panel to jut out. He kindly offered to help fix it's appearance in a jiffy, without me mentioning it! He was able to pop the dent out and used some of his tips and tricks to make it look half decent again. It would've cost an arm and leg to replace the bumper, if he hadn't kindly offered to help make it look normal again. I was actually called for my daughter who had a check engine light coming on, so she went over to O'Reilly's auto parts and they scan the car to see what the message was. It was not good. It had to do with the engine. Cost of repairs would've been somewhere close to $500. Knowing that he was picking up, my daughter, I thought was a really nice idea, to make her feel safer.
