During the phone call, they texted me a link for faster service and I got hooked up with Finest Towing for the job. Filled out some basic information on the link and within seconds, Mr. Kibota from Finest Towing called me. Luckily, he was only 20 minutes away from me and he arrived right on time. I wanted a tow, but he informed me that it would be a better idea for him to put the spare tire on for me. He went to work right away and he was done in about 10 minutes. Horrifying Experience- Triple A appointed them- took 3 hours to get to me- then proceeded to try to fill my spare that will not hold air. Quick, friendly service! My husband accidentally locked the keys in the trunk of our car rental. With my regular Toyota maintenance, we have Roadside Assistance Drive Benefits to keep us worry free if we should get into a car problems. I didn't realized what I had and how good this benefit was. The first time I used my friend's AAA insurance with 5 miles towing, and with Toyota up to two towing with 25 miles each between my 6 months maintenance services. Servco use the Allstate plan. After calling my car in, dispatcher from Finest Towing, called me soon after. This is the first time I received helped from Finest Towing. Their business is located on the West side. The tow truck assigned to me was finishing his business at the tire place in Ewa and will be coming all the way help me afterwards. First thought from Ewa?! I was grateful someone was coming to help me. Vince called me and kept me posted of the status of where he was. The tow was ahead of the time given and was glad to soon to be out of the hot sun next to Mother's Waldron Park in Kaka'ako! The lunch wagon was a great help with changes I need for tip and drink while I waited . Vince came and asked me what was wrong. I told him as I turn the key there's no clicking or anything. The battery seems okay since my horn worked and wasn't weak. He checked my starter solenoid and tapped it and sure enough the car started right afterwards. It was the starter. He guided me to Servco Toyota Kaka'ako Honolulu. He didn't want to take a tip from me since I drove over and it was a couple blocks where I needed to go. This review is based on my experience today, May 7, 2024. I contacted Allstate to request roadside assistance for a flat rear tire. I was told that I would be waiting for a few hours but they arrived much sooner than I expected. They asked a few questions about how I wanted to proceed. Change the tire, or tow me in on the flatbed for which I chose the latter. They drove my ride onto the flatbed and strapped it in. The interior of their ride was clean and cold. Compared to the other towing services I've used over the years, they pride themselves on quality and cleanliness. Truck was weaving in traffic on Kaneohe bay drive. He cut off a driver in front of us. The driver that was cut off flipped the bird to the tow truck driver. The tow truck then blocked the road while having a fiery conversation with the irritated driver that was cut off. No less than 10 cars were immediately backed up to witness this childish behavior I would strongly suggest seeking a tow truck driver that has a lower chance of wrecking. read more

Called the cops because they weren't answering my calls to find out where my car was. They didn't even answer when the cops called them. HPD had to dispatch police. I was trying to make his route more convenient for his next destination because I could hear his conversations with their dispatch. There was some confusion on which shop to tow my car to because of a very simple misunderstanding, but his patience was clearly low and he couldn't be chill about it. I just had my car towed to the closest trustworthy place I knew of so I could get out of his hair asap. The dispatch lady also had a crazy tone when I changed our destination to a CLOSER shop. Negative stars if I can. Towed my car with a parking tag and said they're just doing their job and it's up to the property manager. They're money hungry, the person called 9 times using a different number and without even leaving a voice message. And finally answered telling straight up the price to claim the car. Met us outside of their parking. So shady, and did not have the transaction done in their office and asked for ID and cash payment right away and told us to take the car without even sending us the receipt. And when asked with the receipt he accused of us leaving right away and to check my attitude where in fact he made us leave the parking first without sending the receipt. I pay $150 a month for parking where I live and I always have my parking pass in the window on the driver's side and I always reverse my car into the parking stall so that they don't even need to get out of their vehicle to see if I have a parking pass or not. Writing this review because this place violates the traffic policies, scratched my car upon towing, and does not take any accountability for their negligent actions. My car got towed - so fine, that's my fault. I called, confirmed my car is there, and come to their "lot" better known as a run down junk yard with huge potholes and lifting equipment all over the place. On the phone, I spoke to a woman who claims their "card machine is down, so bring cash" and they "don't have change, so bring exact." Are you sure it's not a coincidence that the card machine is down so they won't have to pay the credit card fees and take all of the profit? Additionally, according to the Traffic Operations Policy released by the Honolulu Police Department, the towing procedures clearly state that all towing companies are REQUIRED to accept credit card and cash payments. So this business is not only trying to avoid credit card fees to make more money, but also violating the traffic policies and procedures. Then when I get to their location and I meet a man, who claims to be their manager according to the business card he left with me; he asked if I'm the registered owner to the car and I said yes I am. He shows me the price on the receipt (doesn't show me the itemized portions or price breakdown) and asks me to pay it to get my car back. I paid it in cash, exact change, and got an emailed receipt from him to review the itemized list for the tow. The manager walks me to the entrance of the dirt lot and tells me "your car is to the left of the lift," and just points in the direction - did not bother to walk me to the car to do any proper inspection. Please note, there was no signatures from him or myself that happened, claiming we did an inspection or to release them of liability from damages. He merely took the cash ($250) and pointed me to my car. I walk to my car as it's buried all the way in the back of their lot, where it is parked with a bunch of other cars and lifting equipment nearby, making it difficult to access and inspect the car. I get in and drive my car off of the lot and down the street for a thorough inspection. Upon inspection I found a significant scratch on the left front bumper that came from their towing. See the pictures attached. Prior to the tow, this scratch did not exist, and they were negligent to tell me of the damages they've caused to my car. This business is unethical and shady in every which way possible. I do not recommend this business to anyone, and if your car gets towed by Finest Towing, I wish you the best of luck and hope you have all your photos and documents ready to claim for the damages they will cause to your car. read more

It started off with my damn tire! So.. after dropping off my kids to school my car did not feel right. Sure enough, my front tire was flat. Luckily, there was a service station nearby. I went to the service station & the guy tried as best he could to help me. Unfortunately, he couldn't change my tire because it needs a special key for the lug nut. My fault, I took it out while cleaning & unaware of how fcked I was about to be! I drove myself to work, yes with my flat tire. I assumed my husband was aware, after talking with him that I needed the key for the tire & for him to assist. For whatever reason, it made sense for him to bring the key instead of his elbow grease. He had me fcked up! Whatever, I didn't need to add to the negativity.. I GOT THIS was my attitude. I stood corrected when I was only able to remove (3) of the lug nuts. My work bestie tried her best & removed (1) lug nut. The last lug nut was stubborn & there was just no way. I felt so fcking defeated! This was an absolute shit show! I really did not want to ask or bother anyone with my tire probs. I also knew I needed to take care of this now! I reached out to my husband's insurance Allstate & they assigned "Finest Towing". This guy made my fcking day! Literally, turned it around in the best way possible. He removed the tire. Mind you, all the time me & work bestie tried removing that 1 lug nut, there was just no way he said. He got it off, put on my spare, filled the tire with air (it loses air when not in use), and helped me unlock my door (yes, the key got locked inside & yes I celebrated too soon). He also checked on my tires to make sure ALL were good. & He gave me places to purchase tires without paying a ridiculous amount. I was so fcking grateful for him & all his help. These days, there are super sketch tow companies. I will definitely use Finest Tow in the future & recommend them ALWAYS! I am a dumbass & forgot his name. But, i'll remember what he looks like.
