Filled out some basic information on the link and within seconds, Mr. Kibota from Finest Towing called me. Luckily, he was only 20 minutes away from me and he arrived right on time. I wanted a tow, but he informed me that it would be a better idea for him to put the spare tire on for me. He went to work right away and he was done in about 10 minutes. I was able to drive myself to the tire shop and take care of the flat tire. I felt very fortunate to have this issue taken care of in such a timely manner and really, Finest Towing was great. Charles went out of his way to get in touch with me and said he couldn't get me there on time (he is based far from where my car was), but he could refer me to people that could. He also said if I don't make my appointment and had to reschedule, he would be able to give me a tow for the new appointment date. Long story short, his going out of the way to connect me with other drivers saved me. These are the types of people I want to do business with. I was pretty far location wise and no other towing company was able to help me. Despite the location Charlie helped get me and my car home safely! With his experience, I trusted him to tow my range without a flatbed and the entire trip home went smoothly (even on the freeway). So even if you need your luxury vehicle towed, TRUST CHARLIE!
