While I think they do amazing work and do customize their treatments. They did try to accommodate my grandmother. They just are not equipped to help out the handicap or plus size people. We tried to treat my grandmother to a facial for her birthday. The chair would not lower enough for her to get on it and was not quite wide enough for her. The handicap parking and the access ramp are a bit of distance from each other. These discomforts took away from having a great experience. read more

The staff is professional and incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The facials are well priced and "do the work" getting deep into those pores to clean them. Most facials from other places I leave and two weeks later, my skin looks like it needs another facial. Not Hi, Skin! I can truly see my skin glow for almost a full month! I also love that they do a small lymphatic drainage massage workout during the facial! Other things to love: no extra charge for dermaplaning, masks, light therapies or peels (except jet peel). Tbh before the price increases, it was wonderful place to get your facials taken care of...the workers were amazing! I would always enjoy my time there! It was very relaxing and soothing. Affordable at the time. However, derma planning irritated my face and did not go well. There was an aesthetician I told her my experience with derma planning...she trying to insist on doing it. I suffered irritation again. Over the times, the price increased slowly. Before it $65-$85 a month now it's $100-$165 now for 60 mins. I'm sad, I have been going to this place since the start. I've been to this Hi, Skin location 3x now and had a different esthetician each time, and I honestly love how they are all unique and have their own recommendations. I mostly came here to give Sydney a shout out because she does not get enough love in the reviews but she was literally amazing! I asked questions about why previous estheticians recommended certain products over others and tried to learn more about the products in general and she is so knowledgeable. All of the estheticians are trained to do the face massage the same way and they all totally crush it. Definitely a massage you didn't know you needed but totally do. Dermaplaning is free, high frequency is free, and none of the estheticians I've had have made me feel pressured to purchase any add-ons and give genuine advice about whether or not you should do it that day. Anyway, this place is definitely worth checking out esp when the first facial is only $79. The eminence products are high quality and I love having someone to chat with about what product is best for my skin. I really enjoy Hi, Skin and the services they offer. I started going in December because of my acne and have always seen Kimberly Weber! I'm a generally nervous person but she always makes me feel very comfortable! I always get the 60 minute service, during which, Kimberly customizes the treatments to my needs. It's kinda crazy how much she fits into just 60 minutes. For me, it usually includes multiple cleanses, an enzyme and mask, extractions, high frequency wand, blue light acne mask. Yesterday she did dermaplanning on me for the first time since my acne has been better and it was great. I love every product she uses, they really benefit my congested skin and they all smell wonderful. I have definitely seen a change in my skin, it's been much clearer. I did join the membership, which is $100 a month and gives you a 10% discount on their products. read more

The services are fine--nothing is really customized and there is no long term skincare strategy like you might get with a more personalized esthetician. They use the same products over and over again on you and the same formulaic treatments--not much variety. I went for a year, monthly, and was swapped around to a different esthetician every couple of months because people kept quitting, were out sick, etc. But I was relatively happy with the services until my esthetician recommended two products to me that severely dried my skin. After trying them for a couple of weeks, I messaged Hi, Skin to tell them the products were not working for me and asked about the possibility to exchange them. Even though I had reliably purchased $50-$150 worth of products almost every time I had a $100+ facial every month, I was told there was no way they could make an exception to their seven-day return policy. One of the products was only supposed to be used every three days, so I would have had no way of knowing within seven days whether it was going to work for me. I ended up cancelling my monthly subscription and won't be returning. Seems so short sighted to lose $150+ per month over $80 worth of products, but the staff did not seem to care at all that I cancelled. read more

Highly, highly recommend Hi, skin!!! This place is AMAZING. It's beautiful on the inside and so clean and well-maintained. When Mileya brought me back for my appointment, I got settled into the super cozy treatment chair and we discussed my skin goals. I told her to pick any treatments she wanted based on my skin, but that I was mostly there for the face workout I had seen on their Instagram, as I had just started getting into gua sha. Mileya did not disappoint!!! If you want a face workout, you HAVE to see her!!! She didn't skimp on any part of it, using various hand techniques and chilled rollers. I did end up a little bit red (which is a good thing, means circulation is flowing!) but she followed up with a hydrating mask and other products and treatments for my dry skin, including a special light therapy. She even offered me a hand or scalp massage while I had the mask on. The overall experience was so luxurious and dreamy. I'd recommend going when you have no plans for the rest of the day so you can just relax and let the products soak into your skin. I knew I loved this place even more when I saw their products and that they use and sell Eminence, a longtime favorite brand of mine for its clean and natural ingredients. As an update to my review I had been reached out to by a team member for things I was not happy about and I appreciate that and they had helped. I have seen several staff for facials and have been happy with most if them. Some were a bit rough for my face. But with the ones I love I will definitely continue to go back. I've gotten facials for years at several places, and have gone here numerous times. I will reupdate my review when I get a better feel for the amount of treatments and types of treatments I get as with previous facials I got more treatments for similar timeframes that left my skin a bit better off.
