I really did not want to write this review but the unprofessionalism that happened with my situation is beyond absurd. I made an eyebrow appt for July 4th (back in early June) for a trip I have coming up which was approved on two different platforms by the business: email and text. Come to find out after driving 1 hour on the 4th to get to my appt that they were closed!!!!! I can't reschedule this appointment because the eyebrow tech is on vacation and by the time she returns it was going to be too late to see her since I leave on vacation hence why I had this planned out over a month in advance to get my eyebrows done before my trip. Reached out to them via instagram and all they had to say was that they supposedly tried reaching out to me to reschedule the appt. They never reached out and never left any voicemails. Mind you, 2 days before my appt they sent me an automatic "confirmation text" to confirm my appt for the 4th (which I did) and yet they still had the audacity to tell me they tried calling me to reschedule. If that was the case, they should have left me a voicemail which I would've reached out to them asap to figure out my appt. The next day, the receptionist called me and all she could say was "we're sorry we don't know how that happened". Okay? That is a big mistake to just brush off!! I drove over an hour on the 4th to get to an appt I made over a month ago that was confirmed 2x and that's all you can say to me? I'm very disappointed in the way they handled everything. Couldn't even comp a free facial or something to show their appreciation and try to fix their own mistake. It's too bad...Hasna is a great eyebrow tech but I no longer will be returning here. read more
