I was told there was availability at 3:00 PM, so I arrived at that time. When I walked in, Ruben was at the counter. He greeted me and was friendly at first. I explained that I had been told I could come in a day earlier. As soon as I said this, his whole demeanor changed. There was an awkward silence, so I asked if he needed my information or anything from me. He responded angrily, saying, "You caught me in the middle of something! I can't write you up right now. I'll put you in the line." I then asked whether I should wait at the counter or have a seat. He snapped again and said I could do either. I sat down, and for the next 30 minutes, he never once asked for my name, vehicle information, or anything related to my original appointment. He never let me know when I would be written up or gave any estimate of the wait. During this time, several other customers came in. He greeted them kindly, wrote up tickets for them, and even told one couple he would get them out ASAP. Meanwhile, he continued going in and out of the service area and taking calls without acknowledging me at all. This was my first time trying to do business with Just Tires, and the lack of professionalism and courtesy left a very bad impression. I had no issue with waiting -- the issue was his attitude and complete lack of customer service. I ended up calling another business, who treated me with respect and handled my concerns immediately. Ruben overheard my entire conversation as I was leaving and still didn't attempt to address the situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I do not plan to return.

Its quite a drive for me being down on 95th street so wanted to check before making the trek down After pulling into the parking lot, I went into the lobby area where I was quickly tended to. The associate took my name and phone number down and I was placed into an online queue that was texted to me. This link gives you a live status of your visit, including estimated service completion time (apparent its a newer system and can be inaccurate, was the case for me, seems to overestimate) After waiting about 15 mins, they called me up to ask what service im looking to do and recorded some info to set up a profile. Then sat back down to wait until my vehicle and tires could be taken a look at by the technicians, which was shortly after (wasnt too busy this morning fortunately) They seemed to be working on 4 to 5 vehicles at a time max. Ultimately the service itself took about an hour (longer than i thought), so overall i spent about 90 mins here to get my flat fixed free of charge, which im pretty satisfied with. I expected to need to wait a lot longer especially with free services being offered, which Id imagine can be the case on busier days/times of day so something to be wary of and plan for. They accept appointments as well so thats always an option Everything from arrival to servicing to leaving felt seamless - the attention, communication, and quality of service was spot on and I felt cared for during my visit (they even offered bottles of water for everyone waiting in the lobby :'). Less than 1 star. (5) 245/65R17 Continental cross contact LX25 tires installed. So many things…read morewrong here. For example at the end, tech parks vehicle in a clearly marked handicapped spot across from the door. I swore if I got ticketed they would be paying for it. I had $120 belle bucks plus a manager $100 off due to scheduling screw up. Mentioned both at arrival. At checkout was told I couldn't use both and belle bucks expired 10 days later. Lock on spare was blocked by grit so I told them to cut the lock. Instead they cut the cable, so loss of both items. Mid-visit was told Highlander needed both control arms and sway bars replaced. Over $2600 estimate. Went to certified Toyota mechanic for second opinion (unfortunately had to wait a month), he stated that nothing needed replacing. Also pointed out that tires were 2 yrs old. Called up Belle Tire manager and said I wasn't satisfied with 2 yrs old old tires and wanted them replaced. He flat out said no. He said selling 2 yr old tires is STANDARD. When I said no it's not. He offered to reinspect the control arms and sway bars. I said no, the issue was the 2 yrs old tires. He then went on to say that 17" tires are NOT STANDARD as if they were some special order thing. They are not. Bell tire sells multiple manufacturer brands of 17" tires right now. When I said he was making stuff up he said I was disrespecting him. Seriously? I didn't even call him names or cuss which is really what I wanted to do. Do not use the Alsip Belle Tire. They'll scam you into unneeded work and sell you old tires.
