I realized I had enough with these guys - I took mine to apple store and they told me its not the display that was wrong it was the logic board all along. ReLite has a variety of refurbished products that are in very good working order and from what I have seen the prices cannot be beat. That is all well and good. However, what really sets this review to 5 stars is that my purchase did not go as anticipated. I purchased two 22" monitors and unfortunately, the power cords were left out of the shipment. I contacted ReLite and he immediately apologized for the over sight and shipped the cables to me. We had a few communications in the midst of this, all professional and cordial. But, ultimately, ReLite, after the fact, came to me and said what happened was an error and was definitely not to their standards. That is a statement we hear all too often these days and usually, the one saying thinks it absolves them of the error. It's become cliche. But, in so saying, ReLite meant it and refunded the entire purchase. I wasn't asking for one, nor was I expecting one. But, that was an exemplary statement to pride and ethics of this company. I have since made this company one of my first "go to" places when looking for any electronic devices. They may not have it...but, I will always start my search here! I recommend you do the same. You won't regret it!

Computer Pros may have another side to this story, but I wouldn't know it because they do not answer the phone, respond to voicemail, or return text messages. I'm pretty sure they just ran a scam to steal $900 where they get you to send money via PayPal, fake a refund, and then try and get you to pay again via CashApp. I didn't send the CashApp and now I am fighting to get back the PayPal. - No straight answers to questions without the initial $200 to "Reserve-a-Technician" - Provided an unrealistically low initial estimate to get their foot in the door - Lied about labor to complete an installation being covered by the initial $200 - Showed up more than two hours late to the first "diagnostic" appointment - Disappeared and stopped answering messages after collecting another $900 and claiming issues with PayPal

So I took my computer into the one in Kettering and these guys rocked it out. I'm probably spelling his name wrong but AVI was super nice and you could tell this guy really likes what he does. Took about 2 business days and they fixed it up. Cable managed it, got my rbg looking like a dream and fixed my cpu. Overall a fast, easy, fair priced service. I plan on using them in the future for any of my needs. They also have some dope rigs ready to buy in store, I recommend checking them out for yourselves.

I took my iMac here two years ago to put in a new hard drive in to my iMac. They charged me $100 to…read morejust open it. And more toe do actual work. I had it back in there in a couple days because it seemed to be overheating. They put in some thermal gel to help. I don't think it did. Cut to two years later that same drive has now blown up, and my screen has decided to die. I took it to Gem City over in The Greene and they were way more experienced with iMacs, and charged me $100 to replace the screen and reinstall the new HD, which replaced under warranty. And fix the tiny ribbon cable that had gotten all jacked up inside that... controlled thermal stuff and screen temperature or something. So All my problems, were probably from this one cable DNA bungled and possibly caused the screen and HD to die due to heat. These guys I think will do great on PCs, but take your macs elsewhere.
