I have heard horror stories about 2-4 month wait times for places like from Micro Center so I did a few google searches to find a computer repair shop. I found Sam's Computer Solutions and noticed it had over 100+ 5 Star Google reviews so I gave the shop a call and described my issue. He had flexible and fast availability and I was able to schedule an appointment to drop off my PC within two hours of making the call (the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend). The gentleman who greeted me was friendly, reassuring, and professional. He clearly outlined what options I had, what the price points for each option was, if and how each option would or would not change functionality, and asked which option I'd prefer! He made sure I was comfortable with the pricing before moving forward. It sounded good so I left my PC and he assumed me it was in good hands. I got a text the following Monday morning (A holiday no less) saying my PC was ready to be picked up. The repair cost was exactly the lowest price he had quoted. I made an appointment to pick it up later that afternoon. Upon arrival he described everything he did to fix it (installation of new component, where he wound the additional length of wire if I wish to change the placement of the part, and let me know he dusted everything which I appreciate). I just got home and plugged in my PC and the hardware he installed worked perfectly! I am extremely satisfied with how Sam's Computer Solutions handled me every step of the way from initial phone call to pickup. I can confidently say if you are like me and are not the most tech savvy person, need a computer repair and wish to support a local business I cannot recommend you make use of this service enough! :)

I had bent my CPU on accident doing something else. So I took my computer into the one in Kettering and these guys rocked it out. I'm probably spelling his name wrong but AVI was super nice and you could tell this guy really likes what he does. Took about 2 business days and they fixed it up. Cable managed it, got my rbg looking like a dream and fixed my cpu. Overall a fast, easy, fair priced service. I plan on using them in the future for any of my needs. They also have some dope rigs ready to buy in store, I recommend checking them out for yourselves.

I had it back in there in a couple days because it seemed to be overheating. They put in some thermal gel to help. I don't think it did. Cut to two years later that same drive has now blown up, and my screen has decided to die. I took it to Gem City over in The Greene and they were way more experienced with iMacs, and charged me $100 to replace the screen and reinstall the new HD, which replaced under warranty. And fix the tiny ribbon cable that had gotten all jacked up inside that... controlled thermal stuff and screen temperature or something. So All my problems, were probably from this one cable DNA bungled and possibly caused the screen and HD to die due to heat. These guys I think will do great on PCs, but take your macs elsewhere.

Two days ago I walked into this Best Buy location to purchase a couple sturdy phone cases for my new phones. I walked right up to a young man in the phone accessories section and asked his opinion on one of the three cases I was considering. All three of them had different price points. There were two specifically that were almost exactly the same model, the only difference is that one is apparently able to charge with some brand new Apple charger that's out. I told him that I did not have that charger, nor was I looking to get it anytime in the near future. "I just need something that will keep these new expensive investment safe." On a sidenote, I already knew EXACTLY which case I was going to get! This young man, who doesn't get commission by the way, listen to EVERYTHING I said and suggested the exact one! DANIEL: "well, if you don't plan on getting that charger anytime soon there's no reason to spend an extra $40 on each is there?" I like this kid so much I bought two bad ass screen protectors for these phones too. There's nothing better than a sales professional that adds value and thinks about the client before themselves. I don't think this kid has any idea how badass he actually is. Well done Daniel... You are the man! Don't be surprised if I come back in and recruit you in the not so distant future!     If I could rate them a million times negative, I would. I ordered an iPad on April 17, 2026. It was…read moredelivered April 18, 2026. They sent me a completely empty iPad box. I called within 10 MINUTES of receiving the empty box. (Screen shots were saved of everything) I was told to return the empty box, and I would get a replacement. I return the empty box on April 21, 2026 with a note asking to please refer to my account. A few days go by, NOTHING! I call and tell them, they keep dragging this out and won't give me an answer. They ask me to file a police report, I file a police report. I call the following day to give them the police report number, which is what was asked of me. That same evening (on a saturday) I got an email saying the investgation is over and I will NOT get a refund of a product I bought that I never got. They never called my police department, they never cared to even "investigate" and made me jump through hoops for nothing. They end up sending me the EMPTY BOX BACK!!!! With a typed low ink letter saying they refuse to help because i "returned an empty box" NO I DID NOT! I RETURNED WHAT WAS SENT TO ME! (EMPTY AF) After I sent the return, I googled how to find when a serial number to an apple product was registered. It provided the date of April 24, 2026- 3 days after I returned the empty box they sent me originally. This has been almost 2 weeks of being on hold with unanswered emails and constantly being told "so sorry for the inconvenience" with zero resolution. I called them an ungodly amount of times, constantly a different person with a different accent with a different response. A billion dollar corporation refused to fix a problem they created and now I have to eat the cost. a $300 issue, why would I keep making a big deal over this? None of this makes sense! I will NEVER spend another dollar with them again, they are absolute THIEVES and do NOT care about their customers at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM YOU BEST BUY-LIEVE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!
