The guy that did my nails got paint on my cuticles and did a hack job on them. And wanted to get into a debate with me on the covid vaccine. I had my nails done here and I was pleased. I loved their customer service and place. They don't have a huge variety of colors but there are enough to choose from! They did a good job, the cuticles could have been a little better but I fixed them myself, nothing is perfect, I'm happy with my nails. I went in for a pedicure this week and was unbelievably disappointed. I had read the reviews on Yelp but they were all 1 to 2 years ago so I thought I would give this place a try. What a disappointment. First off the pedicure was done super fast even though there was only 2 other customers in the place. Secondly I asked for a gel pedicure and the polish was applied so thick that it began peeling off after 2 days. This was definitely not a "spa pedicure ". It was a rush job and a waste of my money. Okay so we took a leap of faith going here because the reviews were....well you can see. When we walked in the salon was beautiful and smelled like incense (not overpower not Smokey but subtle) which covered up the typical nail salon smell. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. I had a pedicure and my daughter got a full set acrylic. My nail tech was very gentle and did an amazing job. She did not dig into my nail beds like I have had done oh so many times at other nail salons she trimmed my toe nails and filed them. I was reading another review about them cutting that customer's so short they were bleeding....I call Bull shhhh. My daughter showed her nail tech a picture of what she wanted and her nail tech shaped them perfectly. He really took his time and she is so happy with her nails. I've been to nail salons in Arizona and California but honestly this has to be one of my top favorites. I would recommend this nail salon. read more

Today was the day I took time for myself after having a rough week with my babies. I was super excited to only be leaving in tears. I asked for acrylic on my toes after my pedi and they said I had to schedule appointment for that, which I was at my appointment!! So I just went with a French tip, while doing my French tip I had to hold my leg up on my own telling her i couldn't hold it up that long. All of them are crooked. It was time for my acrylic nails she shaped them horrible and way too short I was not at all happy Nd asked her to just take them off before she started the acrylic (I'm not goin to pay for something I know I'm not going to like) in doing so she ended up hurting me because she was mad. I started crying from the pain on my nail. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place. If I could give a 0 I would!! Super Sad and Disappointing day! read more

Updated Review June 2018: Terrible. Waste of time and money. Never in my life have I had a "spa pedicure" and felt rushed!!! Especially when I made an appointment days in advance for early AM (before things get busy/behind). 1st I was in "trouble" and scolded for being 5 minutes late. There was one other person there besides me and no one was waiting and none of the techs were "sitting around bored". 2nd - I have never been rushed in/out of a nail salon in 20 minutes. I've sat with my feet soaking for 10-20 minutes, but never in my life have I received my entire "spa pedicure" in 20 minutes. So NOT relaxing or enjoyable for that matter. Especially when I HAVE an appointment, not sure why I would be rushed in/out. First (and last) time customer. Their loss. Original review February 2018: Appt only So that was kind of annoying. Then they didn't ask if I wanted to make an appointment or indicate if they had any appointments available today, tomorrow, this weekend.... disappointing. read more

I cringe even hitting the one star. It's a joke of an establishment. Before I say anything further, just know that if I could go back and walk out the moment she started I would have but I had not yet learned how to stick up for myself at that point fully. Anyways, while I was trying to get my nails done from them the lady kept aggressively filing my fingers/cutiles so hard they were bright red and bleeding a bunch. I felt scared to do anything to make her even more mad as I continue asking the lady to stop being so rough in the nicest way possible but she was absolutely rude and wouldn't listen to anything I said or brushed it off. Finally after she finally finished letting out her anger on my cuticles I got up to go rinse my hands and couldn't help but to start to cry out of pure pain and frustration. They were all laughing along w/ this "nail tech" that did them. She sees me and looks all nervous (walking me there more or less) and kept saying "it's ok it's ok haha it's ok you can go rinse pick a color" and laughs along w/ the others with the tears started rolling down my face. Mind you this was on my birthday. So, Eventually I am sent to the other guy (J used to think was a nice person and used to make sure to always tip well in the past) apparently to finish them that also works as a nail tech. (And possibly owns the place even). When I told him he just laughed in face also. Besides my point, she did an absolute shit job while treating me this way along with the rest of the staff while I tried to be as still and "easy to deal w" as possible. If I had the picture right now I would absolutely post it. I wish I would have just made a review myself while it was all still fresh in my head. My birthday is coming up so seeing their "establishment" pop up is disgusting to me. The fact that I had to pay for that bullshit makes me absolutely furious. Also for the people that say "I saw reviews about making people bleed and I call bullshhhh" you can "call" whatever you want I gave you the truth praise them all you want. Give them all of your money, doesn't change what happened lol. I went to this salon for a gel pedicure. I have been getting gel pedicures for years and I have never gotten such a bad pedicure. The young woman was so rude which would have been ok had I received a good pedi but I didn't even get that. She spent my entire appointment talking with the owner, she barely even looked at my feet. After filing my nails she tried to apply the polish with nail dust all over my toes! I had to stop her and ask her to wipe my toes before applying the polish. Her polish job was what I would have expected from a 10 year old and she never even thanked me for coming in. I will never return to this salon for anything. read more

They cut my sisters nails so short they were bleeding...the lady doing my nails was talking on the phone so loud I couldn't even try to enjoy myself!!! Jimmy did my nails today and told me that the shape I wanted was too difficult and if he would have known they wouldn't have scheduled me. Got athletes foot from them. They don't use clean/ sterilized tools or liners in the soak basins for their pedicures. Horrible gel jobs/ had to hold up my own foot to get painted. Sharp irregular glitter paint jobs. Nail gels are no better. read more

If I could put no stars, I would leave it blank! I had a gift certificate to this place so I brought my SIL for a pedicure one evening. There are a list of things wrong with the place! DO NOT go here!! 1. The floor looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in over a week; nail clippings all over the floor. 2. They can't cut your toenails straight to save their life. My 7 year old nephew would have done a better job. 3. They don't put a base coat. 4. They only put one coat of polish. 5. They cut the sides of your toenails in so they aren't as wide. Not good! This can cause in grown toenails. 6. The lotion massage lasted literally 2 minutes. 7. Don't forget to bring all of your own supplies either otherwise you are charged an extra $5. Slow as molasses!! Not good product!! After a week my French (gel set) and matching pedi were so so in the first place but after a week the clear color they place over it discolors to a weird pink!! I just moved here been having nails and toes done over 20 years never have seen this!! And no I don't lay in a tanning booth (some polishes react to the tanning and turn yellowish) this is just bad cheap product and I paid waaaaay more then I should have for a flimsy full set the pedicure Worse ever The man than was doing it has no grip you can barely feel any pressure when he is applying the lotion. I went to Fantasy Nails for an acrylic fill, toes painted and a pedicure for my young cousin. We were rushed through like cattle and the guy only spent 7 minutes on my cousins $25 pedicure and charged us another $5 for her brushes. $30 for 7 minutes! I spent a total of 19 minutes getting a complete fill for my nails and my toes polished for $28. The polish was so thin that you could still see nail lines underneath and he spent no effort in filing the nails into a nice shape. I asked for more to be done and for another coat of polish to be told...no. Such a disappointing experience!!! read more

Went in for a simple gel polish change and it was terrible! The woman that painted my nails did a really sloppy job, she put the polish on way to thick so it bubbled when it was cured and she didn't cover the entire nail with the top coat so they started to peal up almost right away! I removed the posh the next day and did my own gel manicure at home! I'm no manicurist but they turned out a thousand times better then hers! Disgusting! I've been to nail salons all over the US (military family) and this place is by far the worst!!! Filthy dirty, nail clippings all over the floors and no paper shoes to wear after pedicure. Every station covered in nail dust, kids toys and boxes of crap laying around, watched the pedicure tub washed with two squirts of soap and a quick wipe with one paper towel, then immediately filled to do another pedicure. Employees have bad attitudes, made multiple cell phone calls and didn't show any concern whatsoever when my elderly mother was obviously in pain when having her feet scrubbed. My mother actually had to tell the woman to stop. Not a relaxing or professional experience at all!! read more

I can't believe that I am the first to review! This place should be put out of business! You'd think that getting your nails done at a mall would be the ultimate spa experience! Not in my case! Roseburg, Oregon has very few nails shops! My cousin told me to try this place out and at first I was a bit excited. My nails came out regular I was not impressed one bit and especially the fact that just for acrylic nails with no design, they totaled $50. Hmm, in San Diego could have had that done well for only $20. Days went by and the nails just popped off one by one. I saw a fungus growing from my pinky nail and I freaked out! I went back to confront the man who did my nails. He denied that it was his fault. Later on, I'd met a woman who worked at the mall and she warned me not to go there because her finger nail fell off! That was the worst nail experience! I treated my nail by myself but I have been so afraid that I haven't got my nails done since! read more

This is the perfect place to go --- IF you want to be treated RUDELY! From the sharp commands the staff gave us while they were giving us our mani-pedis to the accusatory and snappish tones they used when correcting a paperwork error (their error!) the experience was lousy.
