Every single time I have been more than satisfied with the services performed. All the nail technicians are sweet, kind, professional, and follow all rules of sanitization. I am sure they accept walk-ins but to be sure of an available appointment I suggest calling ahead. That's what I do and they can usually get me in within a day or two. They have massage chairs which are great to relax in while your pedicure is being done. The salon is quiet and has lots of greenery! It truly is a refreshing place to relax and unwind while getting your nails done!

Each picked up a magazine and passed the time. Furthermore, one patron was just finishing a haircut as we arrived. He clearly had a pleasant, standing rapport with the stylist. All of our haircuts met expectations, and despite the line, none of us were rushed. The store -- in kin with the rest of the shops in this center-- weathered many years of service. It was clean and pleasant to pass the time while waiting. The owner/stylist engaged in casual conversation with all the customers -- frankly a customer service 101 which has gone by the wayside in modern times. The effect captures modern day small town USA -- where locally owned shops used to knit together the community. When I wanted to redeem it, I called to make an appointment. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. A few days passed and no call. I called again and again, no one answered. I left another voicemail in hopes of a callback, but no one ever called me back! So I have a gift certificate for over $100 that is just wasting away. What a waste of money and time. It's too bad, too, because I was happy the first time and planned home.

I was referred because of a bump on my nose but I also had a bump on my finger. She numbed them, did the tissue removal and sent samples in for biopsy. These areas healed very well and you can't see where it was done. She also did a check for any skin concerns and, thankfully, did not find any others. She was very knowledgeable and did excellent work. I would be very happy to see her for my check ups.
