That's not my first choice but the website defaulted me to here. I'd rather shop at Westheimer by Wilcrest Drive in Westchase. I walked in to the store and looking for the online pickup sign. I guess by my posture, someone already noticed why I was there. At the same time, I saw the pickup sign and was about to press the button. "Don't you dare to press that!" I heard a man's voice behind me. I thought it was a joke. Ok. I turned around and politely asked to retrieve my merchandise. It took him a long time. I started to browse other laptops on the shelves. I was about to change my order to get the one on the shelf with better product... Thank God. He came back with my order. After I got home, I started searching for that display laptop. Wait, the models don't match. The bar code is for a less quality laptop. Shoot. That's bait and switch. No. No. No. Not coming back again.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

It is ALL men, and when I told the owner he needed a women in there to clean up and organize and make phone calls to customers, etc.. he laughed at me!! I was giving him serious business advice, it would help. Really. Just visit the place and tell me otherwise. LOL! Not only is the store in horrible condition, their services are questionable as well. I took my MacBook Pro to get the screen fixed and they put the completely WRONG screws back in, and put connectors back in the wrong place, etc. HORRIBLE. I could not even take it to the Mac Store for an upgrade!!! They said it would cost about 1,500 to repair the damage that was caused by whoever put it back together. So now, it went back to XM to put everything back together with the right screws, connectors, etc.. and it has been over A YEAR and I still dont have my computer! Every time I call, they say.. Oh next week, oh, two weeks... My gosh! So that it (over) TWO years I have been dealing with this crap!
