1/2 of my order of 12 - lemon pepper wings $15
    Clariee J.

Maybe I was just hungry today, I dunno, but my food was so delicious. Today was my second time at Hibachi & Wings and I think it solidified its place in my regular rotation. I didn't order anything too crazy--vegetable fried rice and 12 wings, lemon pepper and thai lemon pepper. The wings were good, though a tiny bit overcooked for me. I did drive home about 15 min before eating it so I'm sure that affected it somehow. But it was still delicious; they use plenty of seasoning. The thai lemon pepper wasn't really spicy to me. I was impressed with the vegetable fried rice. I wasn't expecting the amount of veggies that I got--onion, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, cabbage, green onion. The veggies were cooked perfectly--still had a bit to them. You can tell they're using fresh ingredients and cooking to order. The flavor of the rice was really good, too. It wasn't oily and greasy, it was fluffy and just sort of perfect. Good portions, too. This will be 2 meals for me at least. The place is always clean and there are always people eating at the tables, which is a good sign. I always question restaurants if I get a pickup at lunch time on a weekend and no one is in there The service is very kind and warm. I'd bring friends here for sure for a nice dining experience and a girl's day.

Went in for the Yelp Event. There is plenty of parking and two entrances. You can dine in or carry out. Ordered basil fried rice with chicken along with cheese wontons. I also got a pineapple tea. It was really good food. I enjoyed the sauce with dish as well. The tea was good. I was able to add water to stretch it out due to the strong favor. Good experience with this location. Food was tasty and drink good. Parking is good and accessibility.

    SWEET GOCHUJUNG DON

The chicken was crisp and chewy at the same time! I'll definitely be back to try something else out on the menu because of how amazing the quality of the meal was. Service was super friendly too.

Sweet Thai chili wings were outstanding!

Although the address is Lee Highway, it's easier to get to from Hickory Valley. From Lee Highway, you would need to go through to the other end of the shopping area. From Hickory Valley, it's the first business you see. Parking is plentiful, but none is adjacent to the building. Since the restaurant is on the corner of the building, there is a decent amount of parking. I did not see marked handicapped spaces, but the parking lines are severely faded. There is also a step up to the entrances. None of this is the fault of the restaurant, so just be aware. There are two entrances, one facing Hickory Valley and one facing Shallowford. We entered from the Hickory Valley side, which appears to be the preferred entrance since that is where the host/ hostess station is located along with the pick-up counter. The other entrance had a chalk board set up with daily specials on it. We didn't see that until after we ordered. We were greeted immediately on arrival and seated. Seating is mostly tables with a few booth/ table combinations along one wall. They could accommodate larger parties in the middle of the dining area and the tables are spaced well so it did not feel crowded. Our server took our drink order as we were seated, then took our food order when the drinks arrived. We tried the strawberry lemonade boba, which was outstanding. We had our food in about 10 minutes. We decided to try items in their name, so the sweet Thai chili wings arrived first. These were amazingly good! The wings are on the small side but are very flavorful. The outside was crispy and the meat was tender and juicy. The sauce was sticky and finger licking good. These are what wings are supposed to be. My dining partner tried the steak hibachi. It was very good. The meat was cooked as ordered and was very tender and flavorful. The vegetables were slightly crispy and included cabbage and broccoli along with the typical onions, carrots, and zucchini. The fried rice was average, but nothing to complain about. The Yum Yum sauce perked up the rice quite nicely. My shrimp hibachi included the same veggies and rice, but the shrimp was overcooked and a bit rubbery. One difference in their hibachi from others is the overall hibachi sauce flavoring is very light. This allows the flavor of the protein and veggies to come through instead of being covered up by the sauce. It was a bit surprising at first when compared to the typical hibachi but provides a much better taste experience. The menu includes some traditional items as well as soups and noodle dishes. Our first visit definitely merits more visits to explore the menu.

WING 6 Pcs / Lemon Pepper Boneless
    Shanna R.

My fellow Yelpers didn't let me down...Hibachi & Wings is delicious! We ordered 6 Boneless Lemon Pepper wings, Shoyu Raman with Chashu (Pork) and the 8oz Bulgogi Beef. The wings were fantastic, these are not your standard frozen chicken tender chunks. The "wings" were pieces of real chicken (tender dark meat) in a seasoned crispy coating, freshly fried. The lemon pepper is very mild - no heat. (Generally I like mine super peppery but this was very good) Shoyu Ramen was flavorful with a rich broth. I would have preferred the Chashu to be less fatty but my husband loved it, so to each their own but if you prefer a leaner cut you may want to ask for it. The egg was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were crisp. The beef was fantastic! Super tender and the 8oz serving was just perfect for two people to share. I love bean sprouts and the ones served with the beef were really good and not slimy or bitter. Super cute interior, modern/industrial vibe. The free to play Mortal Kombat 2 mini arcade game was a fun touch. On our way out I ordered a Coffee Milk Tea with pearls, if you like Vietnamese Iced Coffee then you'll enjoy this. A perfect way to end the meal. We will be back!

    Katsu and curry

First time coming here.... And WOW. Everything was fresh, delicious, and hot (as in temperature).... Which seems to be a rarity these days. Shocked to see only one couple sitting inside. Support this business, as they deserve it. Service was quick and pleasant. I got the Katsu chicken with curry (spicy level 4) and the cheese and jalapeño cream cheese wontons. It was delicious! Everything was AMAZING. Hard to find good, authentic Asian food. A bonus..... they have Asahi! Must try if you like fresh, flavorful, and temperature hot!

Love the build your own noodles here especially the garlic broth. As a garlic addict, it hit the spot. I've tried their hibachi and the steak was tender, but I would say their fried rice fell short. It just wasn't umami enough for me, but would 100% come back for the ramen and the wings. Yumm. Side note the prices did go up a bit. Still delicious though.

    Hong Kong noodles

This is a very busy place! I got there around 6:00 and it was bustling! Tables were full of happy diners and lots of carry out was happening. I must start by saying this isn't my typical kind of place. It was a Yelp experience that brought me here. And I was ready to try my first boba tea. There was one server doing an incredible job of taking care of the entire restaurant. She was pleasant and has a kind smile. I asked for a lavender tea with strawberries when it came out I thought it would be topped with strawberries. But now I know what boba tea is I ordered a salad that had crisp iceberg, slivered carrots and a traditional hibachi dressing. Too much garlic for my taste but plentiful and fresh. My main was Hong Kong noodles. It had lots of deep fried dark meat , some noodles and a perfectly cooked egg. I ate the noodles and egg with much delight. I'm very happy to have tried this casual eatery. The ambiance is nice and seems to be a local favorite.

Thai BOBA with Strawberry Bursting Boba

I have been curious about Hibachi & Wings since I first came across it several months back during errands. It took a while but I finally got a chance to go today. The ambiance is comfy and cozy with a rather nice aesthetic. The people are so very nice and helpful. The lady taking orders helped me decide on the perfect boba tea and I wound up liking it so much that a tried a second. First I had the Thai boba tea with strawberry bursting boba and then I tried the lavender with lemon bursting boba--both were absolutely delicious! I also brought home a serving of their Chicken Rice Soup and found it had baby Bok Choi in it. This is something that made me very happy because most places make the soups minimalistic and bland. Their soup has a nice depth to it and additional healthy elements that make it pop with extra flavor.

I think this is a very good restaurant. I walked in and the place itself is very nice inside, not sketchy or like it's a hole in the wall type of place. The service amazing too! The kind lady that got our order was very patient and had a smile on her face the whole time- not moody like some waitresses/waiters. She also helped us figure out what we wanted to eat. The food was also spot on!! The only thing that maybe could have been better was the tofu, but it wasn't terrible or anything. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place to eat at!

This outside of this place, and even it's name, may be a little deceptive. This spot is located in a a strip mall behind Rain Thai food, and it's name would suggest you're limited to ordering either hibachi or wings. Take it from me, this place is so much more than that! I saw pictures of their food on instagram, so decided to go check it out for myself and I'm so glad I did! Despite the look of it outside, the inside was very cute with great decor and everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly! We order the chicken katsu don and the shrimp tempura don and both came with miso soup. This was easily some of the best shrimp tempura and chicken katsu we've ever had! Everything about each of the dishes was perfect, from the flavor to the rice (which was also delicious)! We ended up ordering some of the lemon pepper wings as well just to try them and they were also amazing! If you're ever in the mood for some delicious Asian food don't hesitate to check this spot out, you won't be disappointed!

The broth was rich, deeply flavored, and had the kind of body you hope for in a good paitan. The chashu was outstanding--tender, flavorful, and generous--and the bowl included thoughtful touches like shishito peppers that complemented the richness rather than competing with it. The Crazy Roll was another surprise. Too many American specialty rolls rely on cream cheese and heavy sauces. This one was balanced, with tamago adding sweetness and texture without overwhelming the other ingredients. It was creative without being overdone. The vegetable gyoza were clearly handmade and exceptional. What impressed me most wasn't any single dish--it was the consistency. Every component felt intentional.
