I mean they have a lot of food on those bars. Great tasting shrimp and cat fish. Really good dumplings. Just plump little half moon shapes of goodness. But the star was the crab legs, these damn things were succulent and juicy, the butta mmmmmmmm god the butta! It was just the icing the crab meat needed. Just awesome, that was really nice. I believe that, but my problem is I don't feel they were freshly cooked skins. Both skins the plain on the bar and the bbq which I purchased upon leaving were chewy as hell. The BBQ seasoning was so good. But I can't get down with stale skins. I need some crunch. My dad was one of the best pitmasters there was. I know when the skin came off that hog and it wasn't crisp to throw it in the oven. It crisp right on up for a skin sammich.
