They improvised on the recipe and brought us something even more special!! The Tokyo combo is good and they made sure to replace the one fish marinated in eel sauce with another fish - this was good. At any sushi restaurant, chopsticks are kind of an obvious inclusion and yes, even people white as ghosts such as myself sometimes possess the dexterity required to manipulate two pieces of wood properly to eat with. The prices are something to be desired given the portions. Feeling somewhat adventurous, we also ordered one of the signature rolls which had a whopping 6 pieces totaling almost twenty dollars. It was plated in a way so gaudy and tacky I could think Gordon Ramsey would have something to say about it Kitchen Nightmares style. We cut it short after that.
