It was so warm and comforting with delicious strips of pork belly, the perfect medium egg, lots of sprouts and green onion. They have the packaging down to a fine art! The customer service is horrible. The menu gives absolutely no details about what comes in the Poke bowl or Ramen. I was there last Sunday and wanted to try it. What an amazing find in the middle of the Cheyenne mall! Located by the food court this is a must for spicy ramen dishes. I can't remember the exact name of the bowl I chose but it was filled with crunchy, meaty katsu chicken, an egg, veggies and an amazing habanero pepper spice. Finally tried this place today! I ordered takoyaki, milk tea, and a medium poke bowl with: white rice, avocado, masago, seaweed salad, crab salad, spicy tuna, spicy salmon, cilantro, spicy aioli, corn, edamame, tempura flakes, and sesame. Coming from VA, and having tried other sushi/seafood places in this area, I didn't have high expectations. But everything tasted better than I expected! The boba was really soft but not really sweet (but I'd take that over hard boba), the tea wasn't too bitter like some boba shops. The takoyaki was okay. The poke bowl tasted really fresh and delicious. The store was very clean and the employees were very friendly. I'll definitely be back soon to try their ramen and other boba drinks! read more

The Veggie Ramen is $9.95 and they charge $2.00 to substitute tofu fr the egg. They used to not exploit those who wanted a vegan meal like this. It used to be substituted at no extra charge. Skip this place as there are other places more accommodating without shaking down their vegetarian and vegan customers. read more

I used to go here almost everyday when this place opened up. The 2 Asian employees were very nice and professional. Always pleasant to interact with. Today me and my sister craved Poké Bowls and we stopped by and it didn't take 5 mins of standing in front of the restaurant to see the changes. I understand that CDC does not enforce masks anymore but if you are coughing all over the place then wearing a mask should be used. The Caucasian lady was picking her teeth and not wearing gloves. We saw her literally picked her teeth and then hold the utensils to pick up food. That is really disgusting. Our craving was literally gone in seconds. I wanted soup so badly. Searching Yelp, I was dubious about a mall ramen place but I gave it a go. Ramen. In a mall. In Cheyenne. I had the regular tonkatsu ramen. I got it to go. They thoughtfully packaged the broth separate from the noodles and other ingredients. I combined the two and sat in amazement at mall ramen. It was very good. Very satisfying. I love Ramen... Vegetable Ramen is my favorite. But it must be made well. I don't mean to be harsh but this is the worst Ramen I've ever had. The broth was off in flavor. The noodles were ordinary... Like out of a packet from the grocery store. For vegetables... There were very few greens and bamboo shoots. That's it!!! No carrots, no peas ...It was awful. I traveled many times to Oahu HI. Of course 'Poke' is good! Simple first food style of shop, and nice staff members with very tasty food at 'Honolulu Poke & Ramen' in Frontier Mall at Cheyenne WY. Actually 'To N Ko Tsu' soup is 'intermediate level' of Ramen ( :D ) We - origin in Japan have lots of stories about Ramen - check those out of movie 'Ramen Girl' 'Tampopo' to learn what I say. Soup is most important key of Ramen, please drink soup! Thin noodle is my favorite here, too. Ramen does not suite 'takeout'. Cooked and eat immediately. Oh, do not forget to taste 'Chicken Curry Rice'. Back in Japan everybody have 'curry rice' at least 1th in a week. Anyway, I enjoy this place at Cheyenne WY. read more

Compared to even their other establishments in Fort Collins, the portion size here for the poke bowls are dismal. The people making the bowls are very skimpy with not only the protein but with each and every ingredient. It's evident from the pictures that the bowls are not even decently full.
