Was anxious to try this as I love ramen and I wasn't disappointed! The ramen bowls are large and hearty, very flavorful. I also tried the shrimp bao which was pretty good too. We ordered hot tea and the only drawback was they came with glasses as opposed to tea cups or mugs, so not the most comfortable to pick up due to the heat. There is a large bar and cool art, lots of fun little nuances all over - definitely check it out if you're downtown!

The ramen is authentic. The rice bowls are authentic. Everything is authentic; but everything is a wee bit on the salty side for our taste. They also impose an 18% tip Amon top of your bill with a party of 6 or more. Great ambience in here and friendly and fast service. Overall, it's a bit pricey. We spent just under a $100 for lunch for only 3 adult meals and 3 kids meals. You can get the same size and quality meal at Paris Bahn Ahmi in Loveland for half the price, just an fyi, and less saltiness.

We had a wonderful experience here. We arrived, on a Saturday evening, on the later side, and were greeted and seated right away. There were other people there (maybe 6 other tables of people), but not overly busy. There's plenty of seating, high ceilings, and a fun Asian flair to the restaurant. I was craving a noodle bowl - and ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen - the broth was very flavorful, with a great level of spice in a white shoyu broth, pork belly, bean sprouts, mushroom, scallions, and a perfectly cooked, jammy, soft egg. My husband ordered the yellowtail, tuna, sake and hamachi sashimi - which were all fresh, and very good. We will for sure be back!

This place is amazing! The restaurant is stylish, sushi is fresh, and the ramen is delicious! My family and I really enjoy coming here. My dad is very picky and the staff did a great job at explaining the menu options. This place opening in Greeley is a big deal because there aren't a lot of great options.

Ambiance: This restaurant is beautiful inside, I was not expecting it to look the way it does. The art on the walls are all awesome and the chandelier is a definite wow factor. The figurines above the bar were really cool, I've never seen so many figurines! Service: Service was great, we were sat right away and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our food came out fast and fresh. Food: The food was great, I ordered the shoyu ramen which was delicious I could of had another bowl! My son had the kids chicken katsu and the portions were huge for a kids meal but he loved it. We also tried the spicy pork boa and those were probably my favorite I definitely recommend getting some when you visit! Overall this restaurant is great, they have an amazing selection of food and drinks and everything tastes amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful. If you are in Greeley I recommend a stop in!!

Best Japanese restaurant in town! I'm so glad this open up in Greeley, now i wouldn't have to travel out of town to get good authentic Japanese food! The service was exceptional, couldn't ask for anything better! You must try the sushi and ramen when visiting! The portion is big, The sukiyaki wasn't what i excepted it's not a traditional sukiyaki but it could need some more flavor. They also have a really neat bar area What amazed me was the interior design inside! You'll be welcomed with an amazing chandelier centerpiece. The vibes of the restaurant is fancy. Very clean! Perfect for a date night. This will be my new go to Asian/ Japanese restaurant in Greeley! Been here 4 times since they've opened, i definitely recommend checking this new restaurant out!

Yum: Egg Custard Bao, tuna steak appetizer, Nah: Calamari, Tom Yum Ramen Over all yummy, I go specifically for the tuna steak and eat it like sashimi. The Egg custard Bia is lightly sweet and warm, a nice after meal treat w hot tea.

Very good Ramen. Excellent soup base. With lots of food options, ramen, yakitori, bao, sushi. Also have nice bar and drinks. Nice environment for any occasion.

Place was clean and looked nice on the inside. The food was not very great. Boiled egg was not very good, noodles were VERY bland and just tasted like boiled water. Broth was not flavorful. And the meat that went inside the dish was unseasoned. Service was good. 2/5 based off the taste of the food.

Great food and great service from the staff. Ordered the karage, gyoza, and yellowtail carpaccio. All fresh and tasted great! Finished with the caterpillar role which was amazing

Didn't know how this place would be. Turns out this place was amazing! Not just service but the food too! The atmosphere was so great and just different. We absolutely loved the vibe. Ramen bowls were so delicious! We also got a sushi roll and was so tasty. Highly recommend this place if you want good food in Greeley.

Was looking for a different sushi place in the area and was curious what Daruma was like…read more Yes, this is a sushi restaurant. And yes, the sushi is good. First, I'll tell you about my experience. When I arrived there was plenty of parking outside along the street of this sushi restaurant. There is outside seating and inside seating. The inside has several tables that can seat around 6 people. See my pictures attached. I ordered my sushi; 3 rolls for $9.99, which is a fair price. There are select types of sushi on a list that can be part of the 3-roll deal. I also got hot saké for around 6 bucks. Some of the special rolls cost around $10. The sushi took a little longer than I expected to come out and get to my table, but when it came out I was happy. The sushi is rolled tightly, was a good size, and a decent amount of ingredients inside. It was also styled nicely on my plate. See my attached pictures. I ordered all salmon avocado rolls, because they are my favorite. I was pleased to see that they also have gluten-free soy sauce. The hot sake comes in the ideal hot saké glass with the small shot glass. I have no gripes with my meal and was pleased. All together for a decent price, would make it tempting to me to come back often. I posted pictures of the menu items above the cash register. Check out the variety of food here. There is more than sushi here. If I were to make any improvements to this place, I would add some more sushi types to the menu, and not bother with sushi rolls with only a single meat in it, and no other combined ingredients. Spicy Mayo, cucumber, and avocado can make sushi more tempting. Before I came here I had a hard time finding a menu. This restaurant needs a website with the menu posted. Possibly a Facebook page with pictures of different plates and drinks posted on it occasionally. It would be nice if there was some Japanese music being played in the background, and the TV shouldn't be on the CNN channel (laughing). I also would enjoy seeing some of the staff going around and checking on customers to see how they are doing. So what do I think overall? Well I definitely approve of this restaurant, and I certainly will be coming back for sushi. The prices are also fair, so in that case, why not come back more often with some friends? I think this place would be twice as busy if people could see the menu items online. Also, gluten and lactose free food options always bring more people in. I do suggest you come by to try the sushi here. I approve and believe you should come by and try this place soon. See my attached pictures.

You know those meals that make you sit back mid-bite and say, "Oh wow... this is it. This is my…read morepersonality now." That's Daruma. Let's start with the lobster roll, because this thing deserves its own standing ovation. Perfectly chilled lobster, just the right touch of creamy sauce, wrapped up like a little sushi love letter. It's rich without being heavy, and it'll ruin you for any other roll in town. Then there's the spicy ramen, which might be one of the most comforting, soul-recharging bowls you'll find in Greeley. The broth hits you with that warm, savory hug you didn't know you needed, and the spice level is dialed in perfectly - enough to wake up your taste buds but not enough to make you regret life choices. The vibe? Cozy, chill, and just a little fancy without being intimidating. Perfect for a date night, family dinner, or that solo night out where you pretend you're the mysterious main character in an indie film. Bottom line: Daruma is the kind of place you keep coming back to because it just gets it. Go for the lobster roll, stay for the spicy ramen, and thank me later.

From the moment we sat down, it was clear that the service here operates at a different level. Our server was exceptionally well versed in the menu and sake pairings, explaining ingredients, preparation, and flavor profiles with confidence and genuine enthusiasm. You can tell the waitstaff is deeply trained to understand the food, beverages, and how everything works together. Their sake recommendations were spot‑on and elevated the meal even further. Every dish we ordered was executed beautifully. The miso eggplant was silky and deeply flavorful, perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. The miso black cod was rich, flaky, and melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender, while the mixed seafood tempura was light, crisp, and impeccably fried without a hint of greasiness. Each appetizer showcased refined technique and restraint. The Colorado steak with truffled potatoes was another standout. The steak was cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the earthy richness of the truffled potatoes, easily holding its own among the sushi offerings. The moment that truly made the night unforgettable was the Osaka‑style pressed sushi served aburi‑style. It quite literally changed my son's life and opened his love for sushi. We ended up ordering several more of these incredible bites of salmon, topped with mayo and lightly flame‑kissed, resting on perfectly seasoned sushi rice. The fish here is so clean, well cured, and expertly prepared that I strongly recommend ordering a side of fresh wasabi--it brightens and elevates the flavors even further. The lobster sushi and scallop sushi were also exceptionally fresh and delicious, reinforcing the level of care taken with their seafood. Dessert was the perfect finale. The green tea tiramisu was light, creamy, and indulgent without feeling heavy. To cap it off, our waiter brought us yuzu and lychee sorbets, which offered a refreshing, citrusy finish and showed thoughtful hospitality. As we were leaving, something small but meaningful stood out. All of the sushi chefs looked up, raised their heads together, and warmly thanked us with sincere goodbyes. It was a gracious, heartfelt gesture that perfectly reflected the hospitality we felt throughout the evening. We cannot wait to return.
