The water is delicious. The service is great and so much to eat and the braces are awesome. I love this buffet.

Zero stars is what is truly deserved. I left this place and 10 mins later I was throwing up like never before on the side of the highway. Walked in to the hostess on her phone. It was on speaker and she was talking over us and rude as if we were wrong for even speaking as paying customers. We got up to get sushi and were yelled at to leave a tip. We ignored the man behind the counter to avoid confrontation. Got up to get three more rolls and were again, yelled at. The man said "you will leave a tip" my husband and I again, ignored him he yelled "DID YOU HEAR ME" we replied "yes, but we will not tip you, this is included in buffet and you have yelled at us" he began speaking in his native language and went on to demand a tip from another customer. In town for work and drive 35 mins to try this place and it was gross. I got sick in the parking lot after leaving. The waitress was standing overtop of me rushing me to finish my last couple of bites on my plate so she could take it away. then it took 15 mins for me to get my refill and another working had to get my check for me. but the food was horrible. On August 28th, 2018, while traveling from Niagara Falls in my RV, my friend decided she wanted to take me to dinner for all the driving I did. (I live in Gloversville) So we didn't eat all day, knowing we were going to go to the Hibachi House Buffet that evening when we got home. We finished dinner at the restaurant about 7 pm, went home and within an hour and a half, I got very, very sick, as did my friend. I was throwing up in the bathroom with severe diarrhea and an ambulance had to be called. I was taken to Saratoga Hospital and was diagnosed with food poisoning. (I have the paperwork.) I will NEVER, EVER eat here again. For that fact, I'm now cooking my own Chinese food at home because I now don't trust any restaurants. We went to the Red Lantern House in Fort Plain, NY and were essentially told to "pound sand". We were really hungry for Chinese Food at this point and Hibachi House had been recommended by a friend. We were warmly greeted and shown to a table, unlike at Red Lantern where we were told we could not sit down and that carry out service had an hour wait. Food was decent Chinese Buffet. Went to this place with family including 3 kids. The service was horrible and the food made all of us sick. Everyone had diarrhea for 2 days including the kids. And a few of us also threw up. Please do not eat here !!! And definitely do not bring your children!!! read more

Went there for my birthday dinner, have been here many times before but the service seems to be getting worse and worse. Tonight tipped the scales though, my one daughter was not feeling well so she did not eat anything and I was told that I had to pay for her anyway. Ok fine, but then you ask did I leave a tip for the girls, no most certainly did not, the service was less than subpar, the did not clear the plates away from the table, the put ice in drinks that were asked for with no ice, never got a refill on any drinks because the "girls" didn't come around. The food was either bland or cold and most of the buffet was not refilled. I use to love this place for the sushi but even that has gone down hill. You want me to pay for a meal that was never eaten but say the "girls " should have been told well you cant tell someone that does not come to the table.They were not busy at all my party of 7 and maybe 7 other patrons in the establishment if that many. I gave them a 2 star because this time at least the tables were not sticky and they had extra napkins compared to the last time. My recommendation go to Albany to the buffet, they may be busy but they are on the ball. And to ask for a tip is down right insulting and rude, my tip get a better wait staff! You usually tip based on service and there service was awful so I tipped based on that. read more
