The portion of the food was really unacceptable. I ordered a side plate of noodles and come to find out that my "plate" wasn't event 1/3 full of noodles. If I were to count the number of noddles on my plate, I kid you not it probably had about 6 strings inside. Really unacceptable especially for the price! Also, I ordered a plate of steak fried rice and that also was unacceptable! The steak wasn't even cooked right, the rice was stale and hard, and it BARLEY had any teriyaki sauce. We found this place at a festival and we absolutely loved the food. It was delicious & affordable (for it being festival food w/ festival prices). We liked it so much we tried to hunt down the location for a month after and we FINALLY got our hands on their food it doesn't disappoint! Came to the hibachi house expecting an amazing first experience to order their buy one get one chicken promo the lady said we would have to order it online. once we tried several times, I went back to explain to her if there was a promo on the online website but she was very rude and told us she can't do anything about it, I asked what can I do and she continued to say the promotion ends at 9:00pm and if I come back it has to be online. Very unprofessional as it seemed, i said I would wait for the manager and she seemed like she would only take me in because I agreed to wait for the owner of the business. I drove down a long way and had an unfortunate day just expecting a nice dinner. I also ended up wanting to pay for other items and she said they were out of them. But upon hearing others order their buy one get one, she didn't give them a hard time and said they had the items in stock. I was very nice to her and just was confused with the deal but it seemed like she was over it with me. She gave others a better experience if they spoke Spanglish. I'm giving this place three stars because the food was good. I have to say it wasn't amazing for what I purchased! I got rice and steak for $25! I could have literally had better food for much less! I just think the food is decent but for the price that you pay it is totally not worth it! The customer service was awesome. I asked for a medium rare steak I got well done and I got vegetables when I asked for no vegetables. They were sweet enough to exchange it for me. I've seen this truck in Lynwood before, but never tried it. Yesterday I attended the i love r&b event in Long Beach and ordered a steak plate. It took forever to receive my order BUT we were at an event so I understand why the service was a bit delayed. This plate was amazing. I ordered this early and carried with me all night & when I got home after the event I ate finally got to eat. The steak was juicy and flavorful. I am looking forward to trying out the food truck in Downey or Lynwood soon. I can't stop craving hibachi & it's all thanks to you guys! Great food, good staff! read more

FIREEEEEE!!! First time trying hibachi and we saw that 323 was at a block party and had to try it out. We did it big and got the filet mignon & shrimp plate. I was so close to getting a lobster tail too but i didn't want to over due it. As for the sauces we got one of of each. I prefer the garlic butter Their fried rice was bomb and they didn't skimp us on that end at all. Meat was cooked just how we asked and the shrimp was very flavorful. I don't know why this place has bad reviews the food is so freaking good! I'm actually in town seeing a client and I'm staying in the area and I recognized the truck from when I used to live in downtown LA last year and decided to pop over and grab a bite. I ordered the New York steak plate with fried rice and it was so freaking good.
