Next day update: I called them and let them know what happened. They were super nice and apologetic. They made my food I came and picked it up and she gave me a free drink. She was really nice. The food on the other hand is just mildly OK at best. My expectations were already very low because it's Tennessee and it's Gallatin so I wasn't expecting anything different but I definitely would never come back here. Service was great though they're super nice and maybe if I ate this there would've been different. I don't wanna bash this place because everybody's taste buds are different. And I'm also from California. I grew up eating sushi so I have a higher standard of what I declare as good sushi. I did get I think two cooked rolls, I got lovely couple in the best friend role and a vegetable role in the miso soup. Miso soup is OK I've had way worse, but I've also had better, but it's definitely my favorite out of the four items I got. The rolls wouldn't be too bad if they weren't so dry. They just feel so dry and extremely cooked through and the shrimp has a bit of a fishy after taste. They were really nice though.

The food was pretty average (still great) , definitely hits the spot if you want to leave full. Funny side note--I noticed my phone was on 6% upon arrival and Noah was absolutely strapped up and READY. I asked for a charger and he had a portable ON DECK in his pocket and let me borrow It.
