I will say the food was great tasting and beautiful. The flavor was wonderful and fresh.... But portions were scarce for sure. The drunken noodle barely had noodles and the pho was rather tiny for the price of the food... $150 bucks later two chicken pho, two Cali rolls one specialty Tenn roll, one drunken noodle and one fried rice... Also the added an automatic 20% gratuity to the check..... not cool

The volcano roll was pretty good today as well as 2 pieces of seared Hamachi sushi (not pictured ). I would recommend.

I've been here before, but never written a review. The Ramen is solid. The sushi is pretty good. I've heard people say the Thai food is good, but I haven't had it myself. The volcano roll was pretty good today as well as 2 pieces of seared Hamachi sushi. I would recommend. Really good service today for lunch.

Thai-tastic and a real dining standout for the Herm! Kicking myself for not trying sooner. Came in for Pad Thai craving but so many options I will be back for. Very vibrant & stylish setting that was unexpected for the shopping center. The crab rangoon are all about the filling and super tasty. Food portions are awesome and the flavor even better. The chicken pad thai had nice meaty cuts of chicken. Service was great and friendly.

Absolutely DELICIOUS curry. The portion was also huge I had to take half home with me. The flavors were perfect!!! Impeccable! Highly recommend giving this place a try.

We noticed the name was changed as we walked up. And when we opened the door, it had been remodeled with custom artwork, fresh lighting, and carpet removed and replaced with tile. A new sushi bar was added and everything is clean and bright. I love the orange accents! The staff is friendly. We ordered fresh rolls with shrimp and a California roll along with basil stir fry. It came out fast and looks great! TASTES GREAT!

Typically "fusion" style restaurants are a hit or miss and this place SLAPPED! The service was very helpful and friendly, we also LOVED their renovations! the owners definitely have attention to detail because their walls are covered in hand drawn beautiful custom art. between the art pop/ traditional art and vibes of house music playing- we didn't want to leave! we had the rainbow sushi roll (8.6/10) very fresh and a great appetizer- can't wait to try more sushi! I had the jalepeno chicken level 3 (7.8/10) it was so tasty!! (i just liked the sushi more flavor wise) my boyfriend had the ginger entree with chicken and they were able to accommodate no spice to his meal and he ate every bite (8.4/10)! & finally the holy grail- mango sticky rice... no words (10/10) WILL BE BACK (oh yeah and it's reasonably priced) about $65 for everything +tip

T14. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles)

We've ordered takeout here twice. Panang curry is flavorful and delicious both times. Pho is good, although i find it odd that the pho noodles are oily before adding it to my broth. Pad kee mao (drunken noodles) are terrible. We do not recommend getting it. Super dry and flavorless. It's one of the worst we've ever had. The chicken in also tastes like defrost. Prices are expensive considering hermitage location.

Food was fine. What we didn't like there was the high price AND the tiny portions. That's all there is to say.

I'm giving 4 stars…read morebecause the staff was so friendly and kind, and I don't want to trash a small business. This is a no-frills, smaller restaurant inside a strip of stores in a questionable-looking area of town. As I parked the car, I thought twice about actually going in, but based on the Yelp reviews, I decided to give it a try. It was clean inside, and, as I mentioned, the service and staff were 5-star! My food was where it went wrong for me. I started with the summer rolls (the ones in rice paper); they serve sushi and Thai food here. I have been craving summer rolls; I love the freshness of the mint and herbs, combined with crunchy peanuts and peanut sauce. However, that fell short for me here. The peanut sauce was reddish and tasted more like ketchup, so that was a letdown. No little peanuts anywhere in the sauce or on the plate. It was jam-packed with iceberg lettuce, which you would typically put on a Taco, so it wasn't very fresh-tasting, and it contained the tiniest piece of shrimp I've ever seen inside. Following my gut, I decided not to order my usual sushi selection, which is always raw, unfried, and unsauced. However, I decided to play it safe, so I opted for a Mexican roll instead. I asked for no eel sauce, but I should have also specified that I wanted spicy mayo on the side. It covered my roll, and I had to use a napkin to remove what I could. This is usually a roll that is around $6 to $10, but for some reason, they were charging $14. They made the rolls bigger, but not by filling them with more shrimp, avocado, etc.; instead, they added more rice. This may be someone's cup of tea, but it wasn't mine, and I won't be back, but wish them the best!

First the passion fruit milk tea is actually a yogurt based tea, not the traditional Taiwanese milk tea you find in most places. A yogurt drink is tangy and good, but not what I was expecting when I ordered it. Second they packed the jalapeño right in the same place as the noodle and I don't like spicey, but I didn't think I had to add the jalapeño. Well even without adding a single jalapeño to my soup it was super spicey because the noodles had been sitting on top of the spicey peppers. I couldn't finish my soup because I am pregnant and super sensitive to spice right now. My stomach blew up like a balloon. Also the basil leaves had a lot of brown in them. Other than that it was tasty and I would eat there again. I just would ask for no jalapeños and I would ask if they have any milk tea that's not yogurt based. The boba itself was good though.

I ordered a rare steak and meatball phó, and some Thai fried Eggrolls. The fried eggrolls were decent. The phó had a dark broth color, which in my mind tells me it's a bouillon from a glass jar with hot water. The noodles and meat were cooked great. The broth was something to be desired. I enjoy a fatty, clear beef broth. I was not super impressed with the sriracha. Adding another brand to the sriracha bottle trying to fool customers is not a good practice. It makes the phó taste awful. I can't speak for other pho restaurants in the area, but this was so-so for me.

If you walk into a restaurant at 7pm on a Wednesday night and the place is fully packed and there…read moreare people waiting behind you to be sat, you KNOW you made the right decision to go there. We were greeted nicely by the hostess and waited roughly 5 minutes for a table to open up. A family of five came in right after us and decided to sit at the bar to eat. I knew in my heart that this was the best place to go to for my husband's birthday dinner. We sat on some barstools while we waited, discussing the hockey game playing on the tv behind the bar. I loved the low ambient lighting that spread across the ceiling. Our waitress was nice but she never gave us her name so I unfortunately can't shout her out. She gave us recommendations so I ended up taking one of hers. Now, if you have read my Thai restaurant reviews, you know by now that I judge a Thai restaurant by ordering their Pad Thai the first visit, however, I broke that rule because I just KNEW this place was going to be good. We ordered the Tom Kha soup with chicken, Pad Kee Mao with chicken, I ordered the Khao Soi Gai (it comes with chicken, no substitutions), and one Thai iced tea. You guys. When the Tom Kha soup touched my lips, I was SO excited to get the main course! It was made PERFECTLY. I haven't had true Tom Kha since probably when I lived in California over a decade ago. The Thai tea was strong and delicious, exactly how it should be made. The Khao Soi Gai...that first sip of the curry broth nearly made me go Meg Ryan-mode in the restaurant. If you know, you know. "I'll have what she's having!" Our waitress recommended this dish and I'm so glad I was adventurous and tried something different outside of my "I'll judge you based off of your Pad Thai" attitude. It was perfect and when I say perfect, I didn't even add lime juice to it because I didn't want to mess anything up with the flavor profile. Sure, lime could have added another element to the dish but when I say it was perfect the way it was, it's true. The night at Smiley would have ended perfectly if it weren't for the miserable couple who sat beside us discussing how unhappy they were in their marriage and decided to accept the waitstaff into their broken marriage by being completely rude. But the staff remained professional and kind through it all and I give them HUGE props for that because I was a moment away from telling that wretched couple off. In short, the staff here are wonderful, and the food is memorable, delectable, delicious, perfect...it's HEAVEN. We will DEFINITELY be back to try other menu items!

He was really excited to go so we made a 30 minute drive to load up on some dumplings. My first impression was that the place was clean and bright with lots of seating. We were greeted nicely and we sat down to discuss what we wanted before ordering at the register. Disney music played on the speakers the entire time and even me, a Disney-adult, I was over it after having to hear Let it Go twice in a row. We ordered quite the spread: one beef gua bao, one order of chicken & cabbage handcrafted dumplings, one pork belly rice, one chicken gua bao, one zha jiang noodles, soup dumplings, and Thai iced tea, and one jasmine milk tea. In total, with tax and tip, we spent nearly $75. Now, we wouldn't stick our nose up to spending our hard-earned money to get our grub on, however, we felt like we didn't get our money's worth here. The food was just okay. My favorite thing was the beef gua bao and I would absolutely get that one again. The Thai tea was delicious, and the chicken and cabbage dumplings were decent. My husband surprisingly loved the chicken gua bao the most and I really enjoyed it, too. But for the more expensive items like the noodles and rice bowl, they were *fine.* My rice barely had any sauce on them and minimal pieces of pork belly. The soup dumplings, though prepared nicely, were not very flavorful at all. The jasmine milk tea? Probably the worst I've ever had. My husband liked his noodles but I was not crazy about them, they had a very greasy texture to them and the mouth feel was like I was so thirsty at the mechanic that I took a swig of their synthetic motor oil. Now I will say that the employees here are very nice and they bring the food out to you as the dishes are made. Overall, I wasn't impressed with Steamboys except for their beef gua bao and Thai tea. The price didn't match the flavor for the entire meal, so we won't be going back. Service: 10/10 Food: 5/10 (the gua baos and Thai tea are the best) Drinks: 7/10
