But their spicy tuna rolls with the soy paper were delicious. All the fish, completely clear of any fishy smell, well made rolls perfectly made rice, it was an outstanding example of what great sushi taste like. I had the green dragon roll, another first for me, and it was also everything you would expect from tempura fried shrimp covered in rice, avocado, soy sauce. We shared the orange and red moose cakes, and they're just tasty a little bits of orange and strawberry highly recommend. What stood out for me was the variety of sushi that was available on the conveyor belt. Plenty of cold options plenty of hot options, they even had fried shrimp by itself on a plate. I think they even had a plate of the mini yogurt drinks, something I've never seen before. The service was fast. Everyone was friendly. The prices are good. The only downside to you go is it makes it more crowded for when I go, but you should go. Primarily it's a sushi bar around the conveyor belt, but there are also some booths. Everything was comfortable. Everything was clean. This is a great place to go.

This afternoon I ordered the Yummy Yummy Roll and it truly lives up to its name! With avocado, spicy tuna and tempura shrimp inside, and salmon, spicy mayo and masago on top, every bite had the perfect balance of spice, crunch, and deliciously fresh fish. The portions are generous here as one roll was definitely enough for lunch. Even though I visited on one of the hottest and busiest days this summer, the food cart served up my sushi quickly and with stylish presentation. I can't wait to plan a return visit to work my way through the rest of their menu. If I could change one small thing, I'd add miso to their offerings. I feel like sushi and miso just belong together! The food is still really good, served fresh & hot and the staff is friendly. They've added some new things to the menu. There's several options for ramen bowls. We're not big fans of ramen so we didn't order any to try but if it's your thing they offer it here. It's the first time we've stayed to eat in the restaurant. It's nicely set up, appears clean, and there's many tables to choose from. Parking is limited but we've never had an issue finding a spot along the side of the building. We've always enjoyed our meals here and we'll be back again when the craving for teriyaki comes on.
