You have to order…read morevia the QR code and I must say trying to find food as titled in Yelp photos can be quite challenging. You need to know what category it is and the descriptions are minimal. We came early on a Wednesday night and were the only ones here. What was good and bad? First let me say, we asked for help with ordering. The server couldn't understand why I was confused. I said I wanted the braised pork wide flat noodle and showed him the photo on Yelp. He told me to select stir-fry, then spicy pork flat noodle. I explained I didn't want spicy, he said it's not spicy then pushed the "less spicy" option. When the dish arrived, you could see the red peppers and it definitely was spicy! It was tasty but very spicy! My husband got the Mongolian beef which he said was good - he selected "no spicy". The only downside was it does not come with rice. Just Mongolian beef and lots of onions. We also ordered the bbq bao - do not order this - the dough was really "off" in both texture and flavor. I literally spit it out as did my husband. We'd come back but we'd be better prepared to order and we'd be way more cautious with what we order.

I left them a DM on Instagram just to inform them of the situation in an attempt to prevent others from getting sick (I did not ask them for anything). They responded by asking me for a doctor's note, which was kind of rude, after the horrible food poisoning I endured. This was back in 2024, I hope they've improved their cleanliness/food quality by now.

"Let me know if you have any questions!". We had questions about her menu items, and she answered them nicely and thoroughly, in detail. Okay, so we order two things: the S3 and the Spicy Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen, and here's what U think about each: Tonkotsu Ramen: -The Meat doesn't have a huge initial, impactful taste, but the flavor settles in a couple seconds after you bite it and it's a very soft, warming feeling. -The Broth is where the spice is, and it's not like "oh my mouth is on fire" it's the type of spice that hits you in the back of the throat, so it's bearable but I couldn't chug it personally, I had to take sips which is nice for someone who devours their food like there's no tomorrow (like me). -The Noodles are.. just your typical Ramen noodles, nothing special to add there but nothing bad to say at all! -The Egg, although not marinated in soy sauce like some places do, was cooked well. The inside was soft and gooey, but the white was fully cooked. I have no complaints! -The Mushrooms added a nice texture to the noodles and the overall dish, and worked to make it even more satisfactory. The S3: -I don't have much to say because my cousin ordered it and I only had a few bites, but the veggies were cooked nicely... -The big boom about it was the noodles. If I had to describe it, I would say it's like.. an Orange Chicken type of Tater Tot, it was really unique and fun to eat. Next time I go, it'll be hard to decide what to order.. Okay, don't just take my word for it, go see for yourself! いただきます!

The broth had the perfect kick without overpowering the depth of the ramen, and everything came out hot and fresh. Parking was easy, food cart was easy to find! Portion size was generous, ingredients were on point, and the overall quality really stood out. If you're a fan of spicy ramen, this is a great recommendation. We'll definitely be back for more!

The wontons and sui kai that they serve are good. My wife's complaint about it was that they don't give you much. My daughter's wonton noodle soup only came with 4 wontons. My beef brisket and sui kau over noodle came with 3 both 3 pieces of meat and three sui kau. We get a little more in Southern California. My wife kept complaining to me about not enough wontons and meat. The Saipan congee didn't come with very many ingredients. The food was itself was pretty good. The portion was not. Service was good. The boss lady seemed to know all her customers, and knew her customer's usual orders. It's a good place. It's not the 626 or even Richmond (Vancouver). It might be the best in the area.

We ordered Shrimp and Pork Wonton Noodle Soup and Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and Preserved Egg and Pork Congee with Chinese Donut. The food came out quickly. The Congee is so fulfilling. Lots of good ingredients to comfort the chill of the weather. Then our noodle soup came and everything was delicious. Big portions of shrimp and pork wontons. There was about six wontons in the soup. The beef brisket was delicious. Very flavorful and hearty. This is a must go for some good home cooked comfort noodle soup and congee. There are about 77 different types of wonton noodles soup and congee. Many different types of protein and you could definitely mix and match and share.
