They are located in the Walmart shopping center at the corner of Floyd and EW Connector and sit next to the Dollar Tree. Given their location, parking is never an issue. I swung by to scope bot shoes/ loafers for an upcoming beach vacation and while I found a few pair that I liked, sadly none of them came in half sizes, so I unfortunately left loafer-less. Outside of the loafers, they did have a decent variety of other styles from athletic to dress to sandals, and they definitely had the biggest variety of slides I had seen in a shoe store! Service was meh, I wasn't greeted upon arrival and when I was on the floor two members of the team walked by me and did not acknowledge me at all. When I was trying on my last pair of shoes, a young lady came around the corner and asked if I needed assistance. She was nice and helpful, but the first two I encountered, not as much. Overall, it's a decent little shoe store that had name brands as well as off brands and has items priced for all budgets. I can't see a reason for my return, but I'm not writing the place off either.

I was not able to shop because of the heat. I'm elderly and shop there often for myself and grandchildren. I will not be going back until it is repaired. After less than 5 minutes inside the store, I was about to pass out from heat and my family had to help me to my car. The staff were miserable also but still trying to be friendly and helpful.

The lady behind the counter clapped at me that I had to stand in regular line. She proceeded to point at the holiday retail line that was to the back of the store. I questioned her, she once again barked at me and told me to complain to the manager. I asked clearly "what's the point of online purchase advertising that literally advertises skip the line?" The manager came over and also told me I had to go wait in the line. I walked out and called kohls and cancelled my order. I received an email that my order was cancelled. The following day I received an email "order was picked up". And I never got a refund. I had to once again call. I have a hunch employees often mark items as "picked up" when they have been there too long. And help themselves. Everything about this experience was dirty.

This was inconvenient, but would not deter me from returning to shop again. The dressing rooms were closed. There were some great finds in women's clothing & household items especially for the sale color of the week. I saw items new with tags and I liked the selection. Like other locations, you do need time to browse through the racks to find things as some customers may move things to the wrong area. The employees were friendly when I checked out. I left with a few items and would return when in the area to shop again!

On a handful of visits I've found some decent finds, but most of the time I leave this location empty handed & feeling like I want to wash my hands immediately. Updating my 2 star review to a one star review after my second drop off during a move - today I dropped off 8 boxes of clothing. The guy just stood over me silently wating. No offer to help. It was very uncomfortable and frankly quite rude. He seemed annoyed with me for donating. What made this worse was there was an elderly woman in front of me who also had a large donation and no one made a move to help her either. She left before I was done unloading otherwise I would have helped her. With a move in the next few weeks, I planned on making quite a few donations however, I think I'll make the effort to go further away to the next closest one after this. That was unacceptable and While I wish I didn't have to, I don't feel comfortable being there after this.

As always this location feels very disorganized, messy, and sort of empty. There's a lot of dead space that they could use to stock more items which sort of makes it feel like a thrift shop almost. Also on this visit I saw the same pair of shoes in 3 different sizes all with a different price. I came in to return items -- all with receipts -- and was met with incredibly rude, unprofessional behavior from two cashiers, especially Gisele. She was impatient, dismissive, and slammed the scanner repeatedly, insisting my receipts didn't match (they did -- she just didn't bother looking properly). No apology when proven wrong. The second cashier was just as rude and literally threw my receipt back at me. I've never been treated so poorly in any store. I'll take my business to Hiram, Cumberland, or TJ Maxx from now on. Absolutely unacceptable
