I took my car in to have the rotors turned or replaced. The young man at the desk was friendly and said it would be roughly $303 per rotor pair if they needed to be replaced. That was okay by me. He was very nice. I left my car there overnight. The following morning a lady called me to say all 4 rotors needed to be replace and it would be around $950. I questioned the price difference as this was about 35% higher than quoted. She said they would have to replace all the break pads also and that would run more. I told her that we had just replaced the rear break pads two weeks previously and did not need that. She said "we wont just do half the job." I asked her for a breakdown so I would know what they were charging for each individual service. She started throwing out numbers very fast and defensive. She mentioned 8 different numbers with no clear explanation of any of them except $95 per break pad pair. I told her I only need new rotors installed. She said they would not do that. I then began asking to speak to the helpful man I spoke to the previous day as I could not understand the way she was yelling at me. She responded "I will just have your car pulled out into the parking lot and you can come pick it up." I said "fine" and hung up on her. She then called me right back and said we must have gotten disconnected. I told her I hung up on her after our conversation ended when she said they would not meet my needs. She said she would email me the breakdown. (I got the feeling her supervisor was right there trying to get her to make it right.) I again asked to speak to the man I spoke to the previous day. During her tirade, I asked to speak to anyone else 4 times and she ignored me each time. She never did email me the breakdown. I went and picked up my car and took it to the Norman Hibdon's store. I did not mention I had taken it to any other store. I wanted to see what their business practice was. They called me the next day and told me all 4 rotors were severely warped and needed replaced. They also told me that the front two break pads needed replaced as they were damaged by the warped rotors but that the back break pads looked new so they would just put them back on. It was less than $750 at the Norman store. Avoid the Moore store!!! They apparently cheat you into getting services you don't need as well as yelling at you while blaming you for their poor communication strategy. The only reason they got 2 stars was because of the polite young man I spoke with the first time. read more

Monday morning I washed, clay barred, buffed and ceramic coated my car, and it looked beautiful. It sat parked in my garage until Saturday morning when I left for Coffee and Cars. My front left strut failed as I was crossing Telephone Road on 19th street. I ended up turning back and limped it to Hibdons. The car was spotless, and freshly polished having not been outside of my garage more than 15 minutes. Hibdons replaced both front struts for a good price, and I came back that afternoon to pick my car back up. Unfortunately, the good price was NOT WORTH IT. I was extremely disappointed and quite upset at the grease now on the paint which they had clearly tried to wipe off with shop towels thus scratching into the surface, and I now have a new scratch on the driver's side door as well as scratches on the corner of the hood. Hibdons mechanics clearly don't take proper care of customer vehicles by using protective covers, something I do in my own garage even just to change my oil. Seriously, $25 buys very nice fender covers that protect the paint from spills and drops, yet they don't even care enough to use that basic of a precaution. They also broke my driver's door window switch, yet denied it. When I brought all of this to their attention, they shrugged and did nothing about it. I will not be taking any of my 4 vehicles back to Hibdons. The quality and service has seriously declined since being sold years ago. If you need repairs, find a good local mechanic that cares about cars as much as you do. Avoid Hibdons unless you drive a beater and don't care about it. read more

VERY SAD DAY. Unfortunately i have a tire that when bad and is delaminating and some cupping. Which is causing serious problems with the drivability on my vehicle. I bought these tires om 9-27-2021 and little over 3 years later and only 10k miles total. I SPENT 2700$ on some tires with this Store. I also have 8 other vehicles that we have bought tires and other services over the last 15 years. These guys sold me a Tire warranty and wont honor it BUYER BEWARE! They are saying something about the tires being rotated and apparently they seem to think they are the only ones that can rotate tires. I'm going to put a picture of the Tire warranty in this review where it doesn't say anything about Tire rotation being a requirement. Then another comment on the fact that they are mud tires and they aren't meant to be driven on payment. Are YOU SERIOUS? BAD BUSINESS! HIBDONS YOU USED TO BE BETTER THAN THIS. IF I HAD DROVE OVER A NAIL OR SCREW what would you have done? I'm not done with this. AS I'm going to let everyone I know what you did. Just wanted to warn the public about these guys!!! read more

Do not use this company!!! I used to take all of my vehicles there. I can only assume that they now have a new manager who doesn't care about his customers. I spent $2000 on tires and back brakes and now have a car that shakes when I dive it and brakes that squeak. They told us that they couldn't balance one of the tires because our rim was bent. Our car did not shake before the new tires so they must have bent the rim. They told us that the brakes squeak because we need new rotors but they didn't bother to tell us that when they first out on the pads. Our rotors only have 30,000 miles on them. We took it to a different company they told us that Hibdon's put on cheap pads and that was the reason for the squeak. Hibdon's tried to rip us off and we will never go back there again. these guys go out of there way to please you.called about a damaged tire and john told me it would be next week because he had to order it. he then called back an hour later and said he found it locally. it doesnt get much better than that. they were very busy on black friday but the tire was replaced and all tires rotated in an hour. im very pleased with tire plus in moore. they will never try to sell you something you dont need. there the only tire place for me and my family. thanks guys you sure do a great job read more

JACKIE WALKER is the lady that works at hibdons in Moore that is supposedly a manager. She is very rude and condensending. We have been customers for over 15 years but not anymore after today. We were thrown out of their store today after we got upset about the way JACKIE WALKER treated us and talked to us. Look at their reviews online and they all mention her.
