I went in to get tires. And they told me I needed a new battery that my battery was going to be dead before winter. They wanted $232 for a new battery. I said no I'll have to wait on that. Though the service and communication is very good, it's a disappointment to see that the hourly rate for mechanical work is now $160 per hour. I used to do most all repairs here but now they are much higher for labor than local, very experienced mechanics. read more

His team all recognizes me, calls me by name, and has gone above and beyond in both keeping our cars on the road, and in getting my complicated situations with a few old cars I've had taken care of. Steven and his team have literally taken hours of their own time off the clock to find parts I needed in order to get my old rigs on the road. Bought a full set of tires, paid extra for road hazard coverage. Low tire so I took it in to be checked, told it would be 4-5 hours to have it checked. Offered me an appointment 36 hours later. They don't give a damn and could care less about your safety or schedule. Buy your tires somewhere else, they suck. read more

I have had my truck since 2010 and have taken it to the Hibdon Tires off Tinker Diagonal. While I love Kevin the other staff is unreliable, talk down to you, and don't give you the whole run down of your vehicle. Here that is the complete opposite. I was informed of every step and thing done to my vehicle and before it was done, I was informed of any price changes before any of the work was done and also informed of things that needed to be replaced. My truck had a shake/vibration issue, took it to Hibdon and got the tires rotated and balanced. Didn't help a damn thing. So I took it to Quick Wrench in Blanchard and before they even started working on my tires they knew that Hebdin did a very shitty job and did not take their time and balance the tires right. I paid the same amount of money at Quick Wrench as I did a Hibdon and they balanced my tires right and there was no shake or vibration at all after that. I do not recommend Hibdon at all, they will rob you of your money and not fix your vehicle right read more

They dented my truck, when I told the manager she agreed to come look at the damage, while I waited by my truck they locked up and left thru the back. Then a week later on a road trip my steering kept getting looser and more off. Turns out they loosened the adjustment sleeve for the alignment and never tightened it back up. Just ridiculous. My fiancé went in for realignment. since we have lifetime she doesnt have to pay when she gets it done. they finish after 2 hours and tell her that a part NEEDS to be replaced (idle arm) $60-$150 part by the way. This guy ( dont know his name) had an extra big helping of crack and meth that morning because he thought he could get away with forcing her to pay $951 for then to put it on. before you hate, I know what it takes to put that part in. I know what needs to be removed and how many man hours it would take. I have never been to this place without them trying to force some type of service jacked up to 5000% the cost while saying you NEED this. give up your scam you guys are on some bull... just so everyone knows. I double checked before making this, I called another reputable shop who laughed literally outloud at the price that hibdon gave me and looked at the truck and said it would be $370 for the exact same part replacement... just because you think you can make extra money does not mean you should take advantage of people. Frustrating would be how I would describe my experience at this hibdons over the past few years we've gone there. They were close and a hibdons so we returned for small things and that which we couldn't do ourselves or take elsewhere. To sum up just a few of our issues, they didn't check the fit of some wheels we asked them to check before putting on our truck leaving the wheels gashed and nonreturnable, they didn't preform the maintenance we asked for after scheduling an appointment causing us to make almost 3 extra trips to the place, and lastly it's all summed up with a very obvious lack of care in their work. read more

I dropped my car off at 8am to get new brakes put on they said there where 3 people ahead of me. It was not a big deal I just had a Uber take me to work. I call around 11 am and they still have not started to look at my car they did say I was next in line so it was not a big deal. i call back at 2pm because I was told I was we next in line and of course there is another car ahead of me??? How does this happen? And then they tell me it will be another 2 hours before they can look at my car? After the 3rd time in a row they couldn't repair a tire with a nail in it I decided to try Discount Tire. Sure enough, they not only repaired it, but it wasn't an issue. I feel like a sucker for the last two tires that I was skeptical about. I was still trusting they were Hibdon's. They're not, they're Tires Plus (owned by Firestone, if that says anything). They also lied about the tread on one of the tires (40k tires with less than 30k miles on them) to try to make an additional sale. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Tires Plus kept the Hibdon's name for a reason. They're a disgrace. This is from someone that went here solely for roughly 30 years. AVOID. Nice that they're hiding the review of this degenerate company. Although Yelp has about as much integrity as Hibdon's. It's why they have to post those fun little disclaimers that they don't hassle merchants to pay to remove reviews (in spite of doing just that in the past). read more

I have had the very unfortunate experience of having two tires finding nails at two separate times. I then had the very fortunate experience of having my tires repaired FREE at Hibdons. Both times I've been greeted and helped by pleasant staff. Both times my car has been handled quickly, or, at least as quickly as can be expected. Hibdons has saved me twice now. Free of charge. Why anyone would take their vehicle anywhere else is beyond me! read more

I drive a pick up with 32' cargo trailer on it. On Friday night, very late, on my way home, I heard a horrible noise. Saturday morning, on my way to get the trailer, same noise x 10. I pulled off the road and Hibdon was right there. I was lucky to not have lost my tire. There was a huge issue. They were already very busy, but took the time to check it out to see if it was something they could fix, in order to give me a chance to get it somewhere else if it was not something they could do. I appreciate that. I had work to do. I had to cancel some of my day, but they had me back on the road by 5 pm. Totally, unrelated, that night, I had my serpentine belt break on my way to drop off my trailer. I called this (Sunday) morning to see how early they opened on Monday to plan to have it towed over and guess what?! They were open. On SUNDAY! We got it there and fixed and home again by afternoon. I don't have to take a day off work to deal with it. On top of it all, these guys are friendly and very professional. I am going to be going there more often. read more

Don't bring your vehicle here unless you have an abundance of time and patience. My fiancé and I have been customers of theirs for awhile and we have experienced nothing but frustration from them. There are many experience to give evidence of the kinds of frustrations they have caused but I will share with you the most recent occurrence. Today we brought our vehicles in to get somethings taken care of and had made an appointment for 9 am the day prior.. We arrived and told them the problems we were experiencing and they begin working on our vehicles. They complete the work on one of the vehicles and included an oil change that had not been requested. My fiancé and I drive off in one of the vehicles while the other vehicle is still being repaired. We notice that the vehicle we drove off in is still experiencing the problem we had taken it in for that morning . So we took it back to try to fix the problem we had requested. While we were waiting we see one of the computer monitors in the shop and the screen reads my fiancé's name and says no appointment next to it. This shined some light on why our appointments were taking so long. In short you are better off going somewhere where they value your time, money, and business. I have been at hibdon tires plus since 9 a.m. this morning And it is currently 1:14 p.m. And our vehicles are still not repaired.... read more
