They're lucky there isn't negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE, TRUST ME. NEVER had an issue with my wheel lock key @ 20 minutes into dropping off my car they call me saying "it broke and which replacement I would like" & PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE 100 DOLLAR REPAIR FEES for the tech breaking my wheel lock and replacing the lugs. DON'T GO HERE!!! Do not take your vehicle to the Hibdon Tires Plus in Mustang OK. Worse service I have ever had. I took my truck in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right. They charged me $155 for the alignment. I asked for the print out of the alignment sheet and the employee said she could not provide it. The printers were actively working. She showed me a blurry photo on her phone of "some" alignment on "a" vehicle. After paying I was driving my vehicle and still pulled too the right, even more than before the service. They didn't fix anything! I immediately went back and asked for a refund. The manager started arguing with me telling me I misdiagnosed my vehicle and requested the wrong service (alignment). The manager tried to say my tires were bad, they are new tires with less than 5,000 miles on them. They refused to give me a refund and told me I needed to request for an inspection service of the front end. No inspection was done during the alignment. He stated they do not do inspections of the front end unless the inspection is requested. So explained this Hibdon, why do I get a phone call when I request a tire rotation service only and I get a call stating my brakes were inspected and I need new ones. I didn't request a brake inspection but yet they did one and called me asking if I wanted my brakes replaced. Please don't bring your business here unless you want to lose your money and not get the service paid for. I needed a front brake job on my truck. Dropped it off and they did an inspection and called me with a quote of what needed to be fixed. I asked what my total cost would be and they said it would be $530. I said to go ahead. They did the work and it was fine. When I went to pick it up the price was over $630. On the paper it said the quote was $530. We had a discussion and they brought it down to $589. This is not a way to do business. Not a happy customer. Not a returning customer. read more

Couple weeks ago I went and had my front driver tire repaired and tires rotated, the next day as I was leaving on a trip low pressure light came on had to pull over and put air in the tire because it was getting low. Didn't have time to go back, took off an hour early of work today to get it fixed,and it took him an hour to fix my tire. I drove 5 miles before my low pressure tire come on again from the same tire. I was a loyal customer here. Bought wheels and tires for my truck and a lifetime alignment. This shop over torqued my lug nuts in April 2019 and caused damage to the threads. At 35MPH my front left wheel came off my truck and the resulting damages cost $3,423.77 to repair. I filed a claim and jumped through all the hoops they asked me too. They never dispatched an inspector. They told me that because I authorized the repairs at the body shop (because I needed my daily driver back ASAP) that I assumed liability. They also tried to get off easy and John Tumey, the claims specialist, asked if they could just cover my insurance deductible. read more

I didn't realize how irritated I was about having my tires checked until they gave me the bill and showed me that fixing the valve on my tire was FREE. They said, "I hope I made your day better," and I realized that they actually did. The service was fast, they were friendly the whole time (even though I was being a grump), and got my tire fixed under the warranty. Just make sure you pull right up to the bays instead of going inside first. I've been a second time since that first experience when my check tire pressure light came on again, and they worked everything out for me then too. I really appreciate them because they took a customer in a sour mood and gave my day a 180. It's hard to find places that embody what customer service is supposed to be, but Hibdon nails it! read more

We only take our cars to Hibdon's, for tire care and for oil changes. They always take great care of our cars and usually throw in something like a tire rotation for free. They also have coupons for $5 off, and there have been times we didn't have one on us and they honored it anyway. We will go out of our way to go to this location, as they are quick & friendly but they also have lower prices than the one we'd been going to in Yukon! read more

Never again. I used this shop back in 2016 to repair a tire with a nail imbedded in the tread. When I got the wheel back, the paint on the inside of the rim was damaged from the tire machine. These machines can clamp from the inside (usually used for steel) or the outside of the rim (usually used on alloy rims to prevent damage). They had used the wrong method. They sent the wheel off to be repainted which took about a week. I got the wheel back and discovered that instead of stripping and repainting the entire rim, the company had only painted the inside barrel, leaving a prominent seam in the paint which chipped off as soon as the wheel grazed the brake caliper during mounting. I took my complaint to the top and was told the shop would replace the wheel with a new factory one. At this point I had absolutely no trust left for this shop, and I insisted on standing outside the shop doors and watching the entire process as they changed my tire over to the new rim. (This was now almost a month after I first brought the car in.) I was terse, but polite and even thanked the mechanics for their help once everything was finished. So why am I writing this review in 2018? Not long ago I had to buy new tires for my car. Since mid-2017 I'd been having a very obnoxious thrumming noise coming from the car which I thought was warped disc brakes. I took the car into a shop and was told I had a bad wheel bearing. But the replacement didn't fix the noise, it only lessened it. Then I bought new tires 1 month ago and suddenly the car is dead silent. The cause? One of my tires wasn't balanced and had worn down unevenly. The same tire that was mounted on the axle that had a wheel bearing go bad from excess vibration. The same tire that had been handled by this shop. Almost as if someone had decided to teach a "trouble customer" a lesson... So one $525 wheel bearing later I know what happened to my car. You want your car taken care of right? Don't choose Hibdon. read more

I took my trailer tire in for a replacement 205 75r14. The price was reasonable. I was kinda in a hurry, asked how long it would take, they told me about an hour. I left my phone number and said I would be back in an hour. I was no sooner then about 15 minutes away and they called to let me know the tire was ready for pick up. Used them this morning for oil change, tire rotation and alignment on my pickup truck. I scheduled Ann appointment online, received a telephone call and Ann email confirming. Had no problem checking in, the customer area was clean, fresh coffee brewed with several dry creamers available, plenty of reading material and TV for entertainment, clean bathroom. The work was done on time and at their posted price. They found a wheel bearing starting to have problems and gave me a price to repair it in the future. I was impressed, for a chain store they were able to feel 'local' and friendly. I intend to use them again in the future. read more

Took my 08 Camry in for an alignment after getting all the shocks and sway links replaced. On the drive home I noticed a noise from the rear passenger side of the car. Lo and Behold once I got under the car I noticed that somehow they broke the rear sway bay which I can tell was done by a misplaced jack. They have yet to tell me how they plan to fix it. I called them, got the typical runaround jargon which being a mechanic only further displayed incompetence and after being told they will call me back never got a one. I will never again use Hibdon and will from here on tell everyone I know to take there car elsewhere because this level of service is unacceptable. If they would have owned up to it and called me to let me know they made a mistake and we're fixing it this would have easily been avoided. Now I am stuck outta pocket doing additional work and writing a negative review. Very disappointed. read more

First customer in the store with no vehicles in the door and it took 6hrs when it was told it would be no more than 3.

This is the third time I believe I have been lied to by this Hibdons. And it's always to sell me something I don't need. Two times before they lied about where a tire was damaged so they could sell me a new one. This week they quoted me a price on a break job $159.99 each axle. They said they would get done by 4:30 if I brought in by noon. I get there and they wouldn't commit to the 4:30 said they close @ 6:00 And they have to do an inspection on it then call me with the total. So I call @ 3:00 to see if they had it yet and they say it was about to go in. At 4:00 they call and say the front rotors can't be turned so it will be $585.30 total. They were charging 149.99 each for two rotors. I called around and this is double what others wanted for new rotors so I told them no thanks and I picked it up. Next day I took to a local shop and he did brakes on both axles for $249 total. He said it was no problem to turn the rotors. This will be the last time I bring any vehicle to Hibdons. I have been a customer of this chain for over 30 years. They used to have a great reputation but I see now how they have changed! read more

If I could give this Hibdon's 5 thumbs down I would. I'm so mad right now I could scream. I should have listened to my brother when he bought new tires from Hibdon's & they broke all the tire pressure monitoring sensors on the tires. How does that even happen. I'm looking at these comments & wish me & my husband got any type of service like these comments I'm reading. Me & my Husband went for a oil change in July, they ended up talking my husband into getting a credit card, 2 new tires & a rotation. Well the very next day the car wouldn't start. Keep in mind we have a 2014 Chevy Malibu. The car started making a loud noise, my husband called Hibdon's & the guy that answered the phone was rude as usual & did nothing, said something is wrong with our car.(You are right about that one buddy), the sound got worse & worse. Then a few months later as were turning in a intersection, the tire broke off & the part where the tire goes broke off. My husband never speeds & we were going like 2 miles. When we called Hibdon's, they as usual had an attitude & said it's not their fault & we must have hit or ran over something. We Keep trying to give Hibdon's our business & time after time they have failed us. We are out thousands of dollars & Hibdon's could care less.
