Craig spent a lot of time with us and gave us the opportunity to try out different beds. We found a bed we liked and told him that we were going to go comparison shopping before making a decision. He advised us to go to Macy's which has the best selection. He never pressured us to buy. We did go to Macy's plus one other store but ultimately decided that Craig had the best bed for the best price. We appreciated the time he took and the no-pressure approach. I have a muscle condition apparently, which I've sort of known about my whole life, but it was never this bad. I had tried two new mattresses before this one - a tempurpedic, and a cheap floor model from Sleepys that I took because it wasn't tempurpedic. I figured neither one helped, so it couldn't be the mattress. The difference with Sleep Factory Outlet was that David took the time to listen, and to educate me about what makes a person need a firm or soft mattress. We found the mattress that felt best for me, with all the time and attention in the world, no sense of urgency, and not feeling left alone to my own devices. On top of that, they built me a custom-made pillow exactly to the height I needed, in the shape I wanted, at the size I specified, and I've never been happier! Finally, for icing on the cake... I was feeling absolutely miserable and even afraid of driving from how much back pain I had just two weeks ago. I felt light headed and afraid of passing out just from being in the car chair for too long, going on the highways. Something to do with my ribs, I think. I explained my situation, and while David was unable to accept credit card over the phone, we worked something out and I was able to send payment to him and receive my mattress and pillow within hours of them being completed, without having to drive over to try them out! I'm happy to say that I lucked out with the right firmness, as it feels like a full body hug whenever I lay down. I'm getting a solid 8 hours of sleep every night, and I'm sleeping in past the sunlight and sounds of people slamming their car doors in the morning. No more back pain! Incredible.

Mattress Warehouse has shady business practices…read more I bought a mattress from their website and paid with credit card. My first warning something was not right was that they don't tell you when mattress will arrive until AFTER you purchase it. I bought on Dec. 2nd and in the email received after purchase they said it would be delivered on Jan. 2nd "subject to change based on availability". Well I'd expected only a day or two but it was during the holiday season so fair enough. Jan. 2nd came and went and when I looked online at their Track My Order link it said "Order Placed" but still doesn't indicate it's Scheduled or Completed. I wait a few more days then I email them- no response. A week later email again- no response. At this point realize they have no intention of completing the order. I had bought a good quality interspring mattress but it was their least expensive one and didn't pay for anything extra and I used their 10% off coupon. So probably the thing to do was call their phone number and have them refund me but I have hearing issues and difficulty understanding people on the phone. Which is why I bought online to begin with. And realizing it was a scam all along decided to wait for a full month go by and do a credit card chargeback. Hopefully if they get enough chargebacks they will change their scammy ways. Chargeback done. My credit card company refunded me. Never heard a thing from the company- no apology, no explanation, nothing. The mattress I purchased is still available on their site at the same price. When I look today months later the Track My Order site still says "Order Status: In Process" and "Order Placed". Watch your back when dealing with this company. Or better yet just find another mattress seller. Note they also sell under the name Sleep Outfitters.

I bought a bedroom set 7 years ago online at Bob's that I absolutely loved. I had it less than…read morethree months and the sideboards split and collapsed. It happened twice 2 separate times, and they had to send the same repairman out twice to replace the side boards bc my bed was half on the floor. When it happened again to the other side, the repairman said he had many problems with my original set and he suggested to me to buy a totally different one. When I spoke to management they recommended the same thing, replacing my original set. I did replace my original set with a totally different new one and different style.it cost me another $300. So far I haven't had any problems. I had to go through customer service multiple times to fix my issues which bothered me. My set was under warranty. Once I got my new bedroom set things have been fine, no problems. I went in to Bob's this time in person looking for a living room area rug. I was greeted immediately by a nice salesman. Unfortunately bc I went 2 days after Black Friday, the selection wasn't that great and couldn't find what I needed. The store was filled with many different styles and types of furniture. Bob's coordinates sofas, love seats, recliners with an area rug and accessories. It's nice to walk around and get ideas. Bob's claim they're having a sale. I feel like they mark things up to mark them down. I have bought high-quality furniture over the years and paid a premium, but that furniture has lasted me and is still in great shape. I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for furniture on a budget then Bob's is your place. Just make sure you know exactly what you're buying. .
