The tech told me $600 to fix the problem. $600 !!! Outrageous. I googled the issue and followed directions. It cost me a total of $200 including parts and 1 hour of my own time. I question, do they work on commission and keep all the extra margin $$$$ I understand making $ and don't blame anyone however this was outright taking advantage of us! So shop around and get many quotes for your plumbing job.

I can say without a doubt that this is the best. Scott and Eric are great to work with. They are extremely professional and what I appreciated the most is that I was notified about the plumber arriving just a little late. Stuff happens... we've all been there, but not all contractors take the time to let you know what's going on, so you can adjust to the time difference as well. I was notified well ahead of time, so this gave me enough time to actually get situated to work from home and have breakfast.
