Took it right back to have them fix it, they did the alignment again. Still steering wheel wasn't straight and they were only adjusting one part of the suspension which is why it wasn't driving straight. I talked to them again and dropped it off, they tried a third time and lo and behold they didn't get the alignment right AGAIN! The report says there was damage to my vehicle preventing adjustment and other issues that are not apparent with my vehicle, I look under the truck where the adjustments are and there isn't even marks on the bolts where they would have even tried to loosen them. Overall I wouldn't come here to get free air in my tires..... I'm a technician and was here purely because my work doesn't have an alignment machine where I can do my truck. What a waste of my time and money

Wasted 2 days trying to get a recall warranty replacement on a clock spring/air bag. Looked up the…read morerecall online, input my VIN and it said I WAS covered. Made an appointment online 5 days in advance. Then called to check how long it would take, whether I should wait or get dropped off. They told me might take a few hours. Showed up for appt. 9 AM on sat. Told me Id need to leave the car for 3 days or could reschedule for monday (because they only do oil changes and tire rotations on Sat.) Come back Monday, leave the car. They call and say sorry, the recall is NOT covered. said it expired 2 months ago. (2011 car, recall extended replacement to 15 year warranty).
