If I could rate 0... I would Serena booked an appointment with me, I'd contacted her to let her know I'd made a mistake with the time, so she mentioned I could come later. I arrived but was lost since this was my first time seeing her. My appointment was at 12, began messaging her at 1145, and called 3 times. she never responded or called me after reading my messages. I finally found the salon at 1217 the other employee said she left @ 1210. Never responded at all. All I needed was a little help finding her. Don't recommend this business at all, I tried really hard to make it right since I'd made the mistake in the morning to still show up for her. Don't waste your time. She's clearly not worried about people, your a number and a dollar bill. read more

Came to the salon and it was closed, even though posted hours stated they were open. I just got back from this salon first time there. IVe been to many. However , I lost so much of my own hair because they kept putting the tape in and was pulling out my hair. So I asked to get hair extensions and also a color. Serena looked at me and said I know what would be good for you she explained everything too me which extension is right for my thin hair and the color to match. Wonderful salon!!! The artists were all so inviting they helped me to feel like I was at home! They also have many different services for such low prices! I got the cat eye lashes by Jen! She did AMAZING!! She took her time with every lash, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the application. :) I have gotten my lashes done before, however Jen did a wonderful job for half the cost of other locations. When I asked her about fixing it, she said it was immaculate and started talking about her 20-some years of experience. Worse than that, she mixed up the wrong color for my root touchup with volume 20 peroxide (she later changed her story to say it was 15) either way it burned my scalp inspite of the notes that I have a psoriasis and extremely sensitive skin. She redid the roots the next day but acted completely frustrated and, as mentioned, refused to fix the cut. In the end Serena had the audacity to ask $80 for just a root touch up. I am left to deal with the ruined hair from over processing, bad cut and healing. Not once did she apologize.
