I told them over and over that id go online and make an appointment when i could when it got my schedule and when i got my dental insurance started back up. They even sent me the link to do it. But then they continued to text me and call, I'm so irritated, i told them several times to stop they reply with ok they will, and then they text me again and again asking me to make an appointment. It's not automated either because i told them what i was doing and they say something different and then apologize or tell me "got it". Ugh i don't like harassing people and it's so unprofessional for a business to behave like this.

He has always been fair with charges, telling us up front if there's a co-pay or out of pocket cost. He is gentle and uses accommodations to help make any dental work done more pleasant. For example, I have sensitive gums, so they have a note in their computer to use warm water (instead of cold) so it doesn't hurt my gums with the cold water blast.
