Based on the photos and description, the boat appeared to be in great condition. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick it up, it looked like an entirely different boat. The tower and speakers were different, there was no Bimini top for shade (even though one was clearly shown in the listing photos), and the seats and vinyl were ripped and torn--nothing like what was advertised. We felt completely misled by the listing. The owner wasn't present at either pickup or drop-off, which made the experience feel even less professional. While the boat did run, it did not perform as well as it had been represented in the listing and in our text conversations before pickup. Afterward, we contacted the owner to express our concerns. Although he admitted that the photos in the listing were not an accurate representation of the boat we received, he offered only excuses and refused to do anything to make the situation right. Since then, we've found several other reviews describing similar experiences. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend renting from Dylan's Water Sports at all! We felt it was our duty to warn others. I would have given zero stars if I could.

When he got home we realized the sun shade that was in the photos sent to us, was not with the boat. Party our mistake for not checking before driving back to AZ but still. It took over 3 weeks to get in contact with them, calling every day. I was given the run around that someone would call me back and never did. Finally I talked to someone who explained what happened and gave us store credit. Weeks pass and we never received the title and registration in the mail. Again we called many times with no answer or the empty promise that someone would call back. We finally got ahold of Taylor who issued another temp tag and ensured they would get it worked out and call with an update, shocker that never happened. I got in contact with him again after not receiving it for another month and he said they would send it to the AZ store and we'd have title and registration in hand asap, and he'd send another temp tag. It's now been almost a month since that call, we do not have the registration or title and we never received another temp permit. This has been the BIGGEST headache. We love the boat but now can not use it because we don't have registration. They need to figure out their customer service. I would not recommend this company, at least the Draper store, to anyone.

Aaron didn't win my business that day as he already had, but he further solidified my opinion that Premier Marine is one of the best, highest quality, and honest boat repair places I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend them. One thing that was different from the last time I had an issue and needed Premier Marines services, is email communication. When I called I got a VM message that directed me to send an email rather than leaving a VM. I did and it was promptly answered. We had an exchange of five or six emails over the course of a couple hours. Easy and convenient to communicate with and a nice way to have a record of all that was discussed.
