When my Water Heater failed and flooded my basement, I was frantic trying to find an affordable way to get it replaced. The Big Box stores all had very expensive installation services that were only "authorized" by the Big Box. The store itself would take no ownership in the installation if problems would arise. I decided to search for a privately owned business which I would prefer to support anyway. I came across Euro Plumbing. This is a great business. Been around 11 years and made it intact through some of the worst times during the COVID pandemic. After talking to Dimi, it was clear that they were a service organization with very fair pricing and eager to offer their support as soon as possible. I was able to save a couple hundred dollars compared to the Big Boxers. Dimi sent out Boris immediately. Boris was very customer service oriented and competent installer. He had me up and running again quickly, despite all of the obstacles of accessing the basement and maneuvering through the standing water and all of the stuff in storage. He had a great attitude and did a great job. He did not leave until everything was cleaned up and he was sure I understood the components and operation of the new water heating system. And besides, he is much more handsome than Dimi! (ha) You owe it to yourself to contact the guys at Euro for your plumbing needs. Euro Plumbing was highly-professional and extremely thorough precise-exacting-quality-service. My wife and I called a dozen companies prior to contacting Euro Plumbing, asking for quotes and details for a new water heater - Bradford White dual power vent 50 gal. Euro Plumbing was the "ONLY" company willing to provide a quote and information all the others were not willing to even provide. Andon was very polite, professional and extremely diligent and thorough in his work. My wife was amazed each time he entered the house he put on booties, provided thorough information on work being done and even cleaned up after the install of the water heater. I have had cable installers and plumbers/hvac technicians come and left huge messes and reminants that my dogs ran across and cut their paws open. Shea homes in Highlands Ranch installs nothing but these top of the line Bradford White Dual Power Vent - water heaters which is difficult to replace with any other brand due to power venting. Andon with Euro Plumbing installed 2 new water heaters in our home yesterday. We are extremely pleased with his work, and his demeanor and level of professionalism were refreshing. Our overall experience with this company was excellent. I solicited 3 quotes for the same product from plumbers/companies rated highly online. Dimi (the supervisor) with Euro Plumbing, gave me the lowest quote and was the most responsive of all companies I contacted. We live in a remote area in Colorado, where it is typical for service companies to charge us a "trip" charge. Euro Plumbing did not charge a trip fee and provided us with a flat rate quote. When Andon arrived, he pointed out areas of the existing piping that were starting to corrode, and had potential for leaks. Andon contacted Dimi to find out how much additional it would cost us to replace these areas in the pipes. Dimi advised Andon to go ahead and replace the piping at no additional cost. We own a high-end custom home, and I have worked with many subcontractors and home service companies. I had an outstanding experience with Euro Plumbing. My 34-year-old water heater finally gave out, and after getting multiple quotes, I was honestly shocked by what I was seeing. One company tried to sell me a $6,000 commercial boiler I absolutely did not need. Another attempted to sign me up for a $300 membership subscription and still couldn't get the installation below $3,000, and that price required me paying separately for and supplying my own water heater. They all wanted to charge me a service call just to get an estimate, and sit through a long wait for them to come out. Euro Plumbing was completely different. The 15 year old hot water heater in my 3rd floor Appletree East Condo rental (Aurora) was showing signs of imminent failure. I surely did not need to have a 40 gallon water leak pouring down on my both of our 2nd and 1st floor neighbors below the unit! I was amazed that I was able to get same day service from Euro, which is a bigger deal since I live in Westminster! I met Andon at my unit, he was the most honest and trustworthy individual I have ever known in this type of situation. Not only did he repair the immediate problem, but he pointed out several potential future issues that were likely to arise in my 39 year old unit, and suggested economical responses to deal with them. As is probably pretty normal, when your water heater goes out you want it fixed a.s.a.p! Well, this occurred on New Years' day (of course) but it was not such an emergency that we could not wait a bit. Called Lowes Monday and I was happy to get a Tuesday installation scheduled. I had researched the AO Smith water heater I wanted before calling. It is important to note that this was all under the auspices of purchasing the water heater from Lowes. Euro Plumbing was the contractor that they assigned for the installation and we want to give Kudos to both Lowes and Euro for making the entire problem go away smoothly. This was a fantastic experience from first phone call to final payment. I believe Boris took the initial call and came to give the estimate. He even called early and was able to show up sooner than expected. He was very professional and courteous and the prices were very competitive. Boris was able to arrange an appointment the very same day for an install of the exact unit I wanted. Val ended being the installer and arrived on time during the projected window. He was also very polite and courteous and got right to work. He made sure to use drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement where our water heater was located to keep things clean. I am "extreme DIYer". When my water heater failed and I didn't have time to make the fix myself. This isn't a tough job and I have done it before. Still, no time. I did the research, got three quotes for a new install, one being Euro. Two local firms rolled up to give me a quote. One just outright spewed a bunch of BS and left me a quote for $2800 for a fifty gallon Rheem. The other was helpful and knowledgeable and was respective of my knowledge. Still, $1875 to get the same thing. Better, but Euro's rate was $1300, same Rheem and fully installed. Too good to be true right. I took the gamble and am happy I did. Boris showed up, was super friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and all in on getting the job done and redone right. Exact same unit as the others. Presumably the same install time (I suppose) but top rate service for $1500+ less. Use them. You will not regret the choice. read more

We had a great expeience with Dimitar and Euro Plumbing. He was recommended by a trusted neighbor who had him do alot of work for them. Our first star! That is such a plus, to have someone recommend a particular person. Dimitar was great! He immeidately responded, which is so much better than huge plumbing companies, that take a day to call back and another ocuple of days to get to you. He traveled to Monument, without a surcharge, which was another added blessing. Second star! (Large companies often surcharge for everything.) He quoted us a flat fee, and he stuck to it. Dimi and his guys are amazing. The quality of work and VALUE is truly amazing. They don't price gouge. They don't mark up parts in an absurd fashion. On a remodel job I had them connect up my new sink and faucet. They suggested a new dispose-all since my older one had so e missing parts, a banged up sink ring and was underpowered by today's standards. Why not. . so they actually went and bought a new one for me and didn't mark up the price. They have saved me hundreds over the years. They did a master shutoff valve replacement for me a couple years back and their price was hundreds less than what the de facto big local company wanted to charge. These guys are our new go-to. After getting reasonable service but paying like crazy from the bigger, well-known companies you hear about on the radio, we decided to take a chance on a guy we had never heard of. They got us in the next day - a Saturday! - showed up at the beginning of the window, wore booties in the house, solved the problem in less than 1/2 an hour, and charged less than half than other companies. My husband always has me take the lead with contractors when he is around so he can see if they treat me respectfully, and if we'd be comfortable with them back in the house when I am the only one home. He was courteous, took time to talk to me about the problem and work completed, and conversational. All around a nice guy and a quality plumber. First time to ever take time to write a review, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service received from Euro Plumbing. We had a sink valve fail and flood our main floor on the weekend. Dimi communicated with us all day on a Sunday to get to our house and assess the work at 8pm even though they were already booked with other jobs, then Andon was out to do the repairs first thing Monday morning. He also showed us some other repairs that were "risks" that may cause flooding again. After talking with them both, Andon came back out Monday afternoon to complete all the added repairs. Our water heater sprung a leak, requiring me to shut the water and gas off to the heater until help could arrive. We got a response right away from Euro Plumbing and they quoted us over the phone on a Sunday afternoon right before Christmas. Other quotes came in later that day for a thousand higher and a six year warranty. Euro gave us a longer warranty and a quote $900 less than the next lowest. They came in the next morning right on time, did all of the replacement work in under 2 hours and are coming back for a courtesy check up to ensure the work was done well and no leaks or issues exist. I had to replace my toilet. I'm an older person and wouldn't be able to do this myself, so I decided to buy the toilet from Lowe's have them arrange for a plumber to deliver the toilet and install it. Boris w/Euro Plumbing arrived 2 business days later within the earlier part of the allotted time frame. He was very polite and respectful, took care to protect the floors. He took out the old toilet, installed the new one within a very reasonable time frame and hauled everything off. I was expecting there would be some mess to clean up afterward, but he left the bathroom immaculate. We needed a water heater replaced and talked to Euro Plumbing on the phone, they quoted me a reasonable price and we set the appointment a few days out. The plumber called me about 20 min ahead of his arrival time and said he was on his way. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and went to work. He discovered we had a bad expansion tank and replaced that as well. The work was completed in a little over 2 hrs, old water tank removed, area cleaned up and finished. My hot water flow was so slow that I figured I was going to need an new hot water heater. I was terrified to call someone and see what I was going to have to pay. Euro Plumbing took my fear away. While my plumbing problem was not what I thought it was, the Company took the time to squeeze my appointment in for the same day I called. Because it was a clogged kitchen drain, Andon was unable to provide that service because his company does not unclog drains. However, he not only spent time helping me understand where the problem was and where the water was coming out in the cabinet below the sinks, but did not charge me for the call.
