For better or for worse, I have seen more than my share of ERs and hospitals in multiple states…read more Based on that experience, I say this place lives up to its name. Exceptionally equipped, modern facilities with welcoming entrances, comfortable waiting areas, well designed and efficient flow, comfortable and comforting lighting, spacious triage, er rooms, even more spacious in-patient rooms (like a nice hotel!), on-site lab, radiology, and more. Exceptionally fresh, nutritious, and tasty food with good variety. Exceptionally friendly and efficient service... at ALL levels. But most importantly... EXCEPTIONALLY good people. Everyone we encountered there were calm, tremendously competent, and positive people - passionate about helping others. They make you feel like you're in good hands.. because you are. They make you feel like they've got you when you are in your hour of need.. because they do - they've got you. On behalf of myself, my family, (and the people you help every day who SHOULD thank you.. but don't) THANK YOU!!

Be very careful going here. Check your Insurance to make sure this place excepts it! This place…read moretells people "we accept all insurances". NOT TRUE. I check with my insurance, and this place is NOT in network with them! I am too young for Medicare, so I have civilian type insurance. Like I said check with your insurance company before you are seen! Also, FYI...this place is nothing more than a glorified Urgent Care that over charges you!

Sonora Quest Laboratories - View from across the road. It's the 3rd right from the stoplight. Gets confusing to me at times.

Unfortunately a while back they stopped having a receptionist. So if you have a problem, a question, any trouble with the computer check-in, TOO BAD. More than once, the kiosk didn't work and we waited forever until the entire waiting room cleared and refilled. So, if you MUST go here, be sure your (partial) name appears on the TV screen. Some people have resorted to entering their names multiple times just to be sure. So inefficient. Another issue is if you need to drop off a specimen, you also need to sign in and wait. So if the room is full, you SIT and WAIT just to DROP OFF a specimen! When there was a receptionist, it took a minute. Now it can be 30+ minutes! Ridiculous. And OMG after that wait, they CANCELLED the culture from the drop off. How much you bet they CHARGE $$ for that lost test. Useless! Another issue happened when my elderly family member got into the back when I ran out to get paperwork. Returned to a door slammed locked shut. He and the phlebotomist did one lab but didn't remember/know there were two. So he had to get poked 2x. I complained about the lack of receptionist and she said oh just knock (no sign says that's OK!). AND she said it's better without a receptionist and they plan to remove the windows and just make it all walls. So much for HUMAN customer care. Time for us to go elsewhere. There IS another lab right around the corner on Florence.

Simple blood draw. No reason on earth for this. I have good veins. So it's an untrained or…read moreuncaring phlebotomist. Go elsewhere if you can.

For best results, schedule an appointment and fill out the paperwork online. (Your local library…read morehas computers). When you arrive, click on the confirmation email. The staff will text you when they are ready for you to come in. When I entered the office, it was Covid compliant. The room was full of masked walk-in patients. I was called to the desk in about two minutes, paid for my visit, and then verified insurance, etc. I was immediately taken back to the lab draw area. The phlebotomist was so efficient that I never even felt the stick. I was out the door in less than five minutes and the walk-in patients were still there. Make an appointment, people. Do a dry run to locate the facility. Review the hours online. Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on the part of the staff. I do not know the staff, nor do I remember their names. However, I am a former RN. This is a pandemic and they are risking their lives daily, hourly to provide care. I appreciate the Covid protocols and the efficient service.

I'm a very hard person to draw blood from. I was on sent to Labcorp after my doctors office couldn't draw my blood after 2 separate days of fasting and unable to pull a sample. I was quite down and it was late in the day and still fasting. I checked in at 3:14pm and was called at approximately 3:45pm due to a full office. She was extremely friendly even under working so hard. She was able to draw my blood on the first attempt. I was amazed. She will always be my girl to go to when it comes to lab work. If you want good service go to Labcorp in Chino Valley and if there's more than person working I recommend you ask for Eva.
