I gave 'em a call and was quickly scheduled. Upon arrival, I was surprised at how beautiful the lobby was and it had lots of nice displays for both home and auto glass. Sarah showed me the different options and tints available in EXPEL. The display made making the choice easy! We then discussed what I wanted to tint. I have a large Ford Expedition, so it was side windows for thee rows of seating and the back glass. I was a little concerned that the rear tint would be damaged by the defrosters, but was told that the tint wouldn't be damaged. And if it were, the warranty would cover it. In addition, have a very large sunroof that extends most of the length of the vehicle. I asked if would be beneficial to do that as well, and was told that it would offer additional protection and that they could take care of that as well for a little extra. So off she went with my vehicle around to the back. I decided to wait for my vehicle while it was tinted. I was using my laptop in the waiting area and was invited into the conference room so that I could use the table. I thought that was a nice touch. In two short hours, the vehicle was done. The tint looks factory new with no workmanship issues that I saw. I look forward to a cooler summer ahead because of Clear Cut Glass! The whole crew was stellar!

The glass on top of the table broke and we had to replace the glass only thing is the glass was had an intricate design. So we had to find a glass place that could cut an intricate piece of glass. Our first visit was just to go over the details and the lady that works the front desk showed us what glass we should use. We had to return on another day with the table and this one employee came out to trace the design of the table top. I was actually in awe on how he did the tracing. We returned after the glass cutting was completed and had the table with us and sure enough the glass was the design of the table top. We were so pleased with the work and the gentleman who brought the glass out to place the glass on the table was I think in awe of the table and gave him a little bit of history of the table. He wrapped the glass to the table with plastic wrap to keep the glass and table together to transport it home. When we finally got it home we couldn't have been more pleased. Their staff is very accommodating and helpful and I must add very patient too. The cost was reasonable especially considering the cut of the glass has curves. This took 4 days and the install crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day and answered my question as I watched over everything. I was worried that my stucco might not come out right, but even that was on point. I also double-checked the windows at the end and the only thing I found was a casement window that was a little sticky to open and they quickly fixed it. Regarding the quote process, Tony was easy to work with, knowledgeable about their products, and revised my order several times as I worked out the final details. I had a few concerns, like making sure that when I replaced a narrow window at my front door that the frame would not be too thick, but it looks great. Also thanks to Debbie for checking after the job (and after I paid) to make sure I was still happy. Based on the job they did at my house, my neighbor is going to update their windows too.
