Although appointments are strongly suggested, we lucked out on a quiet morning and were greeted by Mark Reardon in the showroom. He walked us through the steps of selecting several styles of doors we liked and offered suggestions AND information about their doors! The quality is amazing. We needed HOA approval on the design and color, so Mark prepared a document with ALL the information required to secure approval, which came quickly. Mark came out to measure and the door was ordered. About 10 days later, our door was installed and it looks AMAZING! The installers were efficient, professional, tidy and did a great job explaining the best way to care for the door and to use it correctly. Our entire experience was professional and efficient. This morning, we were able to open our front AND back door for airflow, and feel secure and safe with a security door in front!. We were able to secure a few discounts by paying cash and taking advantage of some specials offered on their website . The store is worth every penny!

All options were provided to me when the door was ordered and when the door arrived, myself and my wife were completely impressed with the quality, style and overall look of the door. The installation was much smoother than expected and Thurman cleaned the area very effectively when complete. He then gave us several tips and discussed the proper care of the door. The communications from the company and Mark was top notch through the process and we are completely satisfied with everything. I believe the value of the door is acceptable. Iron doors are not cheap and the value of the door (to me) also comes from the customer service and satisfaction in the end. I highly recommend the Litchfield Park location, Mark as the sales agent, as well as First Impression Ironworks as a reputable company.

So we went looking for a solution, and found Door Conversions. They had several wrought iron and glass designs, and they all included an operable inner door (with the dual-pane glass) that could be left open while the actual door stayed closed. There's also a screen to keep bugs out. It's a brilliant concept. They installed the new door - no hitches - so now, not only does their glass door light up our entry, we're also able to enjoy fresh airflow on beautiful Arizona mornings. And now our best friends also have one of their doors, and one of their neighbors has ordered one.

I've called multiple times with no response until this morning after my granddaughter's fingers were almost crushed when the door slammed shut last night. Tiffany absolutely REFUSED to tell me the name of the owner or let me speak with a a supervisor. She will pass my information along to Janet. Jim-owner. Shame on you! Your response is incorrect. Your installer knew it was not working properly when he was as at my home and simply told us to adjust the tension on our own. I told him that it should be fixed properly and he said someone from the office would call us. My ex called the office multiple times telling your office we should not have to do this with no resolution. Based on my conversation this morning with Tiffany and her refusing to even provide your name and saying Janet would call with NO call just you trying to defend your work on yelp, I lost respect for your company. If/when someone gets injured, I hope you're prepared to still defend it. You better hope it's not one of my grandkids!
