Arrogant. Inflexible. Exorbitant. Had to redo a repair in Fort Lauderdale for refrigerant leak they had done only five years earlier. One month beyond the warranty period. Also they grossly overcharge for their time. The repair labor cost was well north of $1,300. The sole worker finished the relatively mindless installation of a new freon-charged compressor in less than 90 minutes. Even allowing for the payment of travel time, the hourly rate is insane. This is the only service that was recommended for our subzero and wolf products. I needed our fridge to be serviced and the technician ordered the wrong parts - so I had to wait for him to come back. I showed him that my steam oven light was out, and he said I needed to open a new service ticket, pay the obligatory fee associated with that and that the entire oven would need to be taken out as the new bulb could only be put in from the side. So I opened a new ticket and then never heard back. Called to check a few months later and the customer service lady sent a new technician out - who was a lot more knowledgeable and professional than the first one! Come to learn that the bulb could be changed from inside the oven, I could have saved 450$. All the company had to say to this was "completely understand your frustration". Will not use again, I'm sure there are other options and I will do better research next time. read more

This is my second time using High End Service and Brandon Evereteze was my technician both times. He was out this time for a recall on my Cove dishwasher and while he was here I mentioned one of the burners on my new Wolf range wasn't working properly. He didn't have the part with him however he said he would put in an order for the part and would take care of it ASAP. 30 minutes later I got a call he had the part and he was able to swing back over and swap it out quick! I highly recommend you follow advice from High End to have the condenser cleaned once a year for your refrigerator and wine cooler, it extends the life of a very expensive appliance for a few dollars. read more

This review is being written following service done on my Wolf range out of the Atlanta office. The technician was excellent, on time, and very polite. I am giving High End Service a very poor rating due to their pricing policy. The first visit to my house ($155) was for the technician to diagnose the problem with my range. If he had had the needed part on his truck, he would have replaced it at that time. However, the part needed to be ordered necessitating a return visit by the technician. When he returned, it took him less than 15 minutes to replace the part. He was back in his truck within the 15 minutes. Instead of charging an hourly rate for the replacement of the part, High End Service has a fixed cost charge for service. I just paid an additional exorbitant price for the installation of the part. I have worked with other appliance repair companies many times over the years and everyone of them charged a reasonable hourly rate for the service if they had to return. If you don't mind getting ripped off, the service was otherwise fine. read more

High End rip off. Their pricing for their services are through the roof. I would never use them. Unfortunately it's not the cost of parts, it's their labor cost that are grossly excessive. They wanted $600 in order to rehang one refrigerator door back on my Sub Zero. No parts needed. I call another Applicances repair company and they completed the job within 30 mins and charged $195.00. Oh High End also charged me for 2 trip charges, of vet $250 because they also looked at my sub zero wine Colier. By the way the wanted $2700 to repair that too. There is NO excuse for their excessive billing, with an attitude. Don't bother calling, you can find a more appreciate Applicances vendor who actually cares how they are viewed by their customers and are equally qualified to do the work you need. read more

VERY POOR SERVICE. THE TECHNICIANS TOTALLY INCOMPETENTS In a short period of time I have to call this company four (4) to service my Subzero appliance. Each technician gave a different diagnosis of the problem, and the new technician criticize the previous one saying the previous one was an ignorant. Angel was blasted by all of them. Every time they charged $250 and didn't fix the problem. The best one was that the appliance was working at 50% capacity, the company sent one of those "technicians" change approx. $ 1.000 in parts and the equipment ended up not working at all. After 10 days they sent another "genius" he bad mouth the previous technician telling me he didn't know what he was doing and everything was installed the other way around...and now he claimed the appliance will start making ice within 3 days...Three (3) days passed and no ice, then I decided to turn the appliance OFF....... 30 minutes later with the appliance OFF it started to make ice....and if you try to talk to the service manager is a waste of time...I think those reviews with five stars praising the quality of the service were written by "friends and family", or are paid by like Bettina Y. that on 4/27/2022 wrote the following statement: ""They try to come as soon as possible, sometimes within the hour! My call is always answered with courtesy and the service is knowledgeable and can usually resolve any issues on the 1st visit"". That statement is a joke or paid. Brad James from High End Service is wonderful. I have a full Wolf/Sub Zero kitchen. The warranty that I purchased from Ferguson does not include authorized Wolf/Subzero repair companies. When I have an issue, I start with the warranty to save money but have found that they are not knowledgeable on these products. Every single time High End has ultimately been called in to fix the problem and fortunately Brad has been sent every time. He is extremely skilled on these products. I also appreciate his excellent customer service skills. He is always prompt and is the nicest guy. Last time he even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the convection side of the oven. Just had Eliel out to service my Asko dishwasher- prior to scheduling this appointment I was able to discuss the problem first with the scheduling department and then with Eliel via phone & text. He diagnosed the problem and showed up today exactly on time with the right part and quickly replaced it. He even walked me through programming some of the features I did not know existed on my unit. He also suggested & implemented some modifications to the positioning of the unit to ensure better operation. Eliel is an excellent technician- knows his products and how to treat customers. We used High End Service to repair/service our Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer on 10/6/15. The job was done ok and we were given an invoice of $1201.25. Breaking down this invoice the parts were $243.25 and the LABOR charge was $890 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The tech wasn't even there for 2 hours !! Although the labor charge seemed insane, they were given a credit card while they were there to charge the $1201.25. When the credit card statement came there was an ADDITIONAL charge on there of $347.68. When I called them they stated that this was for a condensor fan motor. This second charge was NEVER disclosed and was NOT on the invoice. As of 1/25/16 this is still being disputed with the credit card company. We will NOT be using this company again. read more

Beware! Very dishonest company. Quote changed several times during initial consultation of a problem I was having with my freezer. The problem was it was frosting over. I spent $300 to have a gasket replaced on the freezer which took the technician 5 minutes to install. I specifically asked that the other components of the freezer be checked to make sure that was the only problem. He basically looked at it and said "everything else is in working order" No diagnostic testing was done. The problem came back almost immediately but because of a sudden family illness I didn't report it right away. When I finally called they told me that since it had been 30 days I would have to pay another service charge to have them come out again. Customer service was also terrible. read more
