I had an issue with my Wolf cooktop and contacted Wolf directly. I was a bit disappointed with using the simmer mode - it didn't work on four burners. Wolf arranged for High-End Service to come and evaluate my cooktop and I didn't have to pay for that service. High-End was very professional and contacted me with arrival status all along the way. The technician Jaycob (I believe that is how he spells his name) called before and came as scheduled. He was very professional and confident. He cleaned the burners but two still did not work. Although he believed they just needed a REALLY good cleaning, my attempts did not help so I asked for an estimate to replace the two burners. Wolf absorbed the labor cost so the parts for the repair were not too bad. Jaycob came again and replaced them but the simmer still did not work on those two burners. He called Wolf from my house and they suggested replacing the modules and wires, at no additional cost. On his third visit, Jaycob attempted the repair but it still did not solve the problem. Since everything was replaced by now, the only possibility is that the gas regulator needs adjusting. This has nothing to do with them. Although I still am having an issue, I have to say Wolf and High-End did their best to try and make the repair happen. read more

We have a Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator freezer. It is a magnificent machine, but with time it requires service, repairs, and replacement of some parts. We have required service on this device on two occasions. On both occasions the service was performed by Jacob Hartog with High End Service. The first time he made a service call to our house, he made a very favorable impression with his thorough analysis and explanation of the overall condition of our Sub Zero and the specific issues causing the problems. He also carefully explained the costs involved and what would be covered by the manufacturer. The necessary repairs were made and the cleanup was immaculate. Sometime later, we lost the compressor and evaporator. Our first thought was that we hoped that High-End Service would again send Jacob to perform the analysis and repairs. They did and again we were again 100% satisfied. Our only regret is that Jacob and High End Service only work on a limited number of appliance brands, but I think that it is fair to say that we would be swayed toward the purchase of appliance brands serviced by Jacob and High End Service. Prior to calling HIGH END SERVICE for my 10-year-old subzero refrigerator I had gone through 5 other technicians with three of the five companies telling me that the refrigerator was too old the parts were no longer made and it was better to replace the refrigerator. At my wits end I called HIGH END SERVICE they promptly scheduled an appointment they came to the house the technician Ronnie was excellent finding what the problem was and told me he would order the parts and send me an invoice. Within a few days they were able to order the parts and get my refrigerator up and running after 3 Months without my refrigerator They were fantastic as Ronnie told me it could be done Ronnie was fantastic and gave me great service and good follow up. Just had a great experience with Jacob at High End Service. Throughout the two visits (one for diagnostic evaluation and one for repair) he was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Great communication around appointments and patient with questions and requests and went above and beyond, fixing and tightening small parts that needed some attention after years of use on my fridge. Jacob was professional and conscientious. The entire time he was working on my Sub Zero in my home he had a mask on (Covid times!) and was careful to keep his work area clean, including wearing booties in the house and wiping away any water or debris related to the repair job. High End Service is the best repair company we have ever used. Brad J came to fix our 15 yr old sub zero after we were told by another local repair company that "it couldn't be fixed". Brad is extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem and get our ice maker fixed after 4 months of frustration working with the other company. Oh my goodness! Truly the best service from this company! Jacob was the technician that completed the work on our Sub Zero refrigerator. He was a great communicator in setting up the appointment and keeping me updated on the time that he'd be arriving at our home. Jacob at High-End Service is a rare find anymore, someone who personally cares about the quality of the work he does. We had a small issue with our Wolf ovens, complicated by difficult schedules. Jacob was very patient and generous in accommodating our needs. A helpful phone call when he was 10 minutes away was great too. He had the problem sorted out in no time, even offered some good advice on maintanence for our Sub-Zero fridge which we didn't know to do. I noticed he took the time to spread a pad out on our quartz countertop to protect it while he worked - really appreciated that! I just had Rob M from High End Service come to repair my sub zero freezer. He was awesome! He was prompt, polite, professional and new exactly what he was doing. He was able to get my freezer up and running in a very short amount of time and was able to answer several questions that I had. He gave me instructions on how to operate it correctly (which I unfortunately did not get when I bought it or when it was installed). He even went above and beyond and removed some screws for me that I couldn't remove on another appliance. He was great! Another appliance company I called could not come out for over a week. Because I had access to excellent repair service via High End Service, I was able to repair a 14 year old sub-zero that had a broken ice-maker and a freon leak. This is amazing as now I have the repaired, like new 14 year old refrigerator that is built in for the price of an afternoon of service. Environmentally, it is a no-brainer. Financially, it is a win-win and performance-wise, ice was being "turned out" within an hour. I've used High End Service as well as Quality Appliance on several occasions...and I have always been insanely impressed with the professionalism and character of the technicians and their support staff at the main office. Very respectable people and very professional. It's been really rough coming from the west coast where people show up and you get why you pay for unlike Florida. I've met scammers and lunatics (like the Repair Clinic) and only been in Florida for a year. These people from the beginning were awesome. My tech was very knowledgeable and got everting up and running fast with charging me real prices not inflated prices. Sub-Zero began to frost inside of refrigerator compartment and Keith was dispatched within 24 hours to resolve. Keith promptly diagnosed the problem, priced the resolution and undertook repairs in a neat and professional manner. His van was very neat and fortunately all of the necessary parts were on board. What I particularly liked was the fact he shared insight in what he was doing and was most willing to answer questions. This is second time using High End Services and both experiences have been positive. So many times when having an issue with a product, the call center folks can drive you crazy; giving you the run around, not being empathetic or friendly! it's just not hard to just be "nice". when I make a service call, i'm always on the defensive, waiting for all of the above. We have used High End Service (and in particular Brad the service technician) several times over the last six years. They have been extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I like that they give you a two hour service window instead of having me wait around the house all day. They try to get things covered under warranty to minimize the out of pocket expense. We bought our fridge, wolf oven, dishwasher and microwave through Famous Tates. We had an immediate problem with the grates and they sent over Brad James who serviced our stove. Probably one of the best customer service experiences we have had. Brad found additional major problems with our stove.
