They're also expensive - I got an iced 16oz drink with the works and it was over $10 before tip; not getting the fun toppings might drop your total by $1.50-2 but it's still a pricey visit. That being said, I'm giving 4 stars because once you're prepared for the wait and accept the prices, it's a fun treat and the staff are always friendly. My Americano was ready in maybe a minute and a half at the most, all filled with friendly chitchat. The poor thing was next to that huge open window on a 32-degree day, trying to survive in a sweatshirt. Credit to her, 'cause she was cheerful and funny the whole time.
