We are very pleased with the service received for the siding that was put on our house. Puting the hardy plank on our house it has increased the value of our house. The cost was very reasonable. The installers were very helpful answering any questions we had.

Nice condensation drip inside the window

Initially, the two sales reps who came to my house were pleasant and seemed knowledgeable. That is were the positive experience ended. I had 5 windows replaced in May, 2025. By October, 2025, 3 of the 5 windows fogged up so bad and had condensation in them so bad, you couldn't even see through them. I filed a claim as it was apparent to me and others that the seals had failed. Their process is entirely through email and my claim was quickly denied even though I requested that they send someone out since their reasoning was that the condition of the windows was a natural, environmental occurrence. Dead silence. I contacted the sales rep to see if he could assist to which he was helpful at first but then clammed up as though he had been threatened or something. Its impossible to navigate through the many layers of this company should you need assistance. Unless you'd like to spend over 11K for 5 windows and have them look like the pictures I've included, not even 6 months old, STAY FAR AWAY from this company!! If I could have given zero stars, I would have!

Did a fantastic job on our windows and it was so much faster than I expected. Our new bay window is the favorite place to sit now!

Pushy salespeople with scummy "today only" offers don't take "no" for an answer. I did not go with this company for my windows.

Realizing I wanted to replace all the windows and patio doors, I delayed a year and contacted Frank when I was ready. First of all, Frank is a joy to work with. He was always communicative, prompt and friendly. He offered for us to come out to the showroom and see the windows and doors in person. I went with the Milgard Trinsic Windows and Doors. Second, the install team was excellent. Every day, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. Having a number of contractors for projects over the past 5 years, this team has been the best. I moved out of the house during the project, but I stopped by daily and everything was always cleaned up and in order. Third, I really appreciated the effort and thoroughness on the last day of cleaning the exterior and especially the interior of the house. The team takes great pride in their work and you can tell that is 100% employee owned. If I had to say there was a down side, its you may be in for a wait when placing your order because their work is in high demand (the first year quote, I would have had to wait 4-5 months). Finally, the windows and doors are beautiful. What a difference this made in regards to temperature, sound, and clarity. Not to mention, the ease at using the doors and the contemporary narrow frame modernized our home. We could not be happier.

Da Bella Sales reps came to my 93-year-old Korean War veteran fathers' home for quote on roof replacement. they invoiced him over $32,000. and got a check for $7,000 down payment. Fortunately, i found out 2nd day of 3-day cancellation period in contract and cancelled. Sales reps showed up at house after cancellation to inquire why. They were rude, telling me as far as they were concerned, I did not exist. They had a signature on a iPad device which was clearly not his signature. I kicked them out of the house. All the way out to the street they continued to tell me i had no authority and I did not exist as far as they were concerned. Incredibly rude. Like i would let the job proceed after this????? Apparently, this is a new business model that some roofers are adopting. Da Bella is a sales company that acquires contracts and then subcontracts with local roofers for the work and then the homeowner cannot rectify any problems later on. This has all been documented in other reviews. I even contacted the Dept of Revenue about a business license and was told that no license existed in the Da Bella name. The DOR also emphatically recommended that I stop payment on the check IMMEDIATELY. I did. I hired a local Roofer called Valiant Roofing at a cost of $13,000 to re-roof dads ranch style house. How is DaBella allowed to do business like this?????

When it came time to install, the installers were generally nice, did a good job cleaning up after themselves and the exterior work was done reasonably well. Things did not go quite so well inside. The windows themselves work fine and are an improvement over what we had previously, but our house was built in 1943 and the interior trim on all the windows and doors is mitered and a particular width. We had also previously tested other window and door frames with a 3M lead test and found that they potentially had lead paint underneath the top layer. The sales rep had assured us they would match the framing style and definitely do a lead test first. The installers did not seem to care about this because they did not test for lead and started right in. When they came to tell us they were finished and show us the final product, what we got was a giant blocky casing that did not in any way match what was in the house. For context, our framing is 3.5 inches in width on all windows and doors in the house. This new framing is 5.5 inches, adding an additional 2 inches all the way around and not mitered. Because the new trim is wider, it doesn't sit level with other framing in the house and it also means the headboard of our bed doesn't fit properly against the wall anymore either. Not to mention it just looks out of place. Additionally, some of the brad nails were also sticking out of the casing and they did not caulk beneath the bottom portion of the trim. I have included pictures for reference, including an example of the original style from one of our other windows we haven't had replaced yet. I understand that sometimes when you have work done on your house, you have to hire someone else to complete another portion or do it yourself (for example, an electrician is not going to repair your wall well or at all after they cut into it), but this feels pretty bad at ~$7K when you also have to do all the painting yourself. What's worse is now we're probably going to end up having to redo the interior casing trim ourselves too. Overall disappointed.

With the heat we've had the past few summers and then the snow that seems to be a yearly event now, we thought it was time to get a really good widow upgrade. We also wanted out house painted after installation and Clear Choice set that up for us as well. (See my review for Triple A Painting). What we loved most about dealing with Clear Choice Windows & Doors was the personalized service we received. They have a large selection of window frame materials to choose from and our choice of fiberglass was an easy one. It was explained to us that fiberglass windows are stronger than both vinyl and wood, making them incredibly resilient to weather and climate -- perfect for PNW homeowners. From start to finish, our team of window installers provided friendly service, excellent craftsmanship, and it took only two days to install the 10 new windows in our home. Before, during and after, the team cleaned up and kept the work site tidy at all times. There was minimal damage to our landscaping as well. We can feel a definite difference in the inside temperature of our house since the new windows were installed. Our AC doesn't seem to work as hard and it takes less time to cool off in the summer and to heat in the winter. The outside look is classy and fits well with the style of our house and the neighborhood. We highly recommend Clear Choice Windows & Doors if you're looking for new windows.
