I didn't get an alert from my monitoring app. I have had my solar system since the 2018 install. When I called PNM, I was told that they wouldn't help since I owned my own system. Their advice, turn off my air conditioning to lower my power bill. Thats great advice when it's over 100* outside. FU PNM rep. I reached out to 4 different solar companies but couldn't get anyone to follow thru. I finally reached #1 Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment when the tech actually showed up and get an estimate on what it would cost to replace my inverter. The techs showed up when they said that would, fixed my inverter and helped me with the app. I am so grateful that this is done. Plus they were great to work with. Very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend them if you have any issues with your solar system. I'm already planning on having them come back to clean out my dryer vents.

I felt like they were inappropriate, so I called #1 to review the "other" companies work. They were able to point out the flaws that would block my new heat pump from being green-tagged. They pointed out the green tag was missing. They didn't charge me. So, I called them again a few months later because they proved themselves to be honest people. They came in, took care of my seasonal tuning and a toilet that was not flushing. I think I've found my trusted plumbers, and that's a hard thing to do! 10/10 recommend!

The guy did not arrive with a company vehicle and of course, did not have what he needed to really do anything. He recommended installing a spigot that would stick out of an exterior wall by 5" rather than trying to fix it correctly. There was even a point when he tried to sell the incorrect fix. I've been a maintenance & construction manager for a large facility for a very long time and if one of my team tried to pull this off, I would have been embarrassed. Any one of our team could have knocked this out in 15 minutes. I even tried to help him figure it out and encouraged the guy that the fix was possible, but I think he was intimidated by the job and just wanted to leave. The job should have been an easy one. I was trying to save some time for other projects by calling in a local company, but I ended up wasting more time than necessary. P.S. I couldn't find the "plumber's" name on the state license look up. Pretty sure an apprentice was sent to do a journeyman's job, by himself. Very weak delivery!

Hi pricing is fair but due to his excellent work, it is actually a much better value because of his competitive pricing. Do yourself a favor and hire B.A. plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. He has all the licenses! You can thank me later! I would give him more stars if it were possible.

After I hung up I received a text msg telling me I had an appointment and that I would be contacted when the tech was on the way. I was lucky. A technician was available right away. I got another msg telling me the technician's name and that they were on their way to my address. When he showed up, he introduced himself and ask where the clog was. I brought him in, showed him the sink. He assessed the work and gave me a quote prior to the job. A little pricey but I accepted the quote and he got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained his process and within 30 minutes my drain was running freely. On his way out he gave me some tips to help keep my drain clear and told me to call if I had any further trouble and it would be covered by warranty. All in all, a great experience. The only complaint I have is he left a small pile of rust residue from the drain snake on the floor in front of the sink. I would recommend Zoom Drain and Ismael Davis in particular to anyone with a clogged drain.

My Experience with Zoom Bath Installation:…read more I requested a quote for a shower surround installation and made it clear that I didn't want to take measurements myself. They came out, spent about 20 minutes measuring, and later provided a reasonable estimate. I agreed to proceed, and they scheduled the job a few days later. When they arrived to do the work, they acted as if I was supposed to provide the plastic surround -- something that was never discussed. I called Zoom, but they didn't seem to remember the technician who came out and took the original measurements. Since I needed the job completed quickly to sell my unit, I met the crew at Home Depot and purchased the surround they recommended. Due to an emergency, they couldn't return that day. The next day, they came while I was napping. I could hear them struggling to make the surround fit. When I got up, they had already taken the back piece of the surround and left to run errands. Later that day, I discovered they had completely removed the previous contractor's cement board (HardieBacker) installation -- which I had paid over $1,000 for -- without asking for my permission. They also did not complete the trim work, which they said it's a not part of the job. They had to return another day to finish installing the fixtures. They later claimed the surround wasn't designed to fit between the studs and the existing HardieBacker, but they never consulted me before removing anything. The final install still had no trim -- as you can see in the photos. Then they billed me nearly double the original quote. I paid the bill but asked if they would consider offering a discount -- I received no response. To meet my appraisal deadline, I ended up purchasing plastic trim myself and completed the finishing work in about two hours. Photos 1 who they left it, 2. After I did my own trim work
